Tolle Villa

Wir waren 7 NĂ€chte in der Villa. Alles war wunderbar, wir haben uns super erholt. Der Pool ist schön groß und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag konnte man wunderbar im Whirlpool entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Comfortable and convenient

The villa was very comfortable and furnished with a more modern feeling than others I have stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we could need and located on a lovely secure and quiet gated community. The communication from the owner was great and the whole process of checking in with the gate house was straight forward. The pool and hot tub which we had heated were lovely (the nicest I’ve encountered to date) and very much needed after long days in the theme parks. The air conditioning was very welcome after spending long days in 30 degrees, sadly a contractor tending to the grounds broke it so our last 4 days were somewhat hotter than planned as it wasn’t repaired before we left. When the I4 was moving without crashes getting to Disney parks was fairly quick and easy. Walmart literally minutes down the road which sells everything you could possibly need. The villa could do with the paintwork freshening up in places and the dark flooring in the main living area would benefit from a deep clean but these minor issues don’t detract from the comfort or convenience of the villa and we would certainly consider it again for future visits.

Annual Golf Trip from Canada

The home was exactly as promised. Well equipped and clean. The included pool/hot tub heat was a nice bonus and was greatly appreciated. Very detailed binder in the home for directions (if needed). This property will be a future bookmark for certain!! Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in unserer Unterkunft und haben uns hier stets wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wir sind mit insgesamt 8 Personen angereist und hatten hier alle eine erholsame Zeit. Das Haus ist sauber und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber all das, was auch in der Beschreibung steht. Am Anfang hatten wir ein bisschen Probleme mit der Beheizung des Pools, aber als wir das Problem ansprachen, hat sich sofort jemand darum gekĂŒmmert. Ein Bett in den Kinderzimmern sollte getauscht werden, da es doch sehr knarrt und wackelig ist, ansonsten haben wir alle gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist ruhig, freundliche Nachbarn, gute Möglichkeit zur Erholung. Man kann sich auch sehr gut in dem Haus aufhalten, wenn man mal keine Unternehmung geplant hat (Pool, Tischtennis, Billard etc.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he und auch nach Orlando rein ist es nicht weit. Sollten wir uns erneut entscheiden, wieder nach Orlando zu reisen, wĂŒrden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin war auch stets komplikationslos und sie hat zĂŒgig geantwortet. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Haines City/Orlando.

Terrific Vacation

Our family stayed in September 23 for 11 nights. The villa was just as described. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and we swam daily. The villa was about 40 minutes from Universal and about 30 minutes from Typhoon Lagoon. We had a couple of minor issues but Gail and Becky from the management company couldn’t have been better. The community was great. Walmart just around the corner and plenty of restaurants close by.The security staff at the gate were polite and courteous. Tina supplied all necessary information. We would definitely stay again in future.

Great Stay

Just Back for 3 week stay here and we already miss this relaxing place. We Have rented many villas during the years in Orlando and the around zones,so we have experience . We can say that this house is one the best ones we have ever stayed at. It's clean,well taken ,roomy ,the fornitures are new. They provide everything you may need. Wi-fi worked very well. Laundry facilities worked smoothly. The best part of the house is the pool.We spent many hours at pool-It's bigh enough and the water was always very warm.Pool deck is always covered by sun.The Hot tub was a nice touch too. There was a table next to the pool that was very useful for our lunches at pool. The villa is a bit far from the main attractions but in 30-40 minutes you will be in the action at WDW or Universal.Traffic is always very heavy around Highway 4. There are many restaurants and shops down the main road so you will find something you may like for sure. The Community is gated so everytime you have to stop and show your permit to a vigilant. I have no complaint about this villa,I may just say that we rented it for 3 weeks and on the last week the pool cleaning staff didn't come so our last days weren't very comfy with the water of pool. Beautiful home!

I highly recommend staying at this house. It is a perfect size for my family of 5. My parents, sister and niece came to visit and there was plenty of room for them to stay a couple of days. The pictures on this listing aren’t updated so the house looks much better in person. My family and I loved the pool and jacuzzi, they were perfect after 4 days of Universal parks. Tina is a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. The distance from Orlando was a little more than I expected with all the construction and traffic, but the house was worth the drive.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

The house is VERY welcoming and VERY clean. Tina is incredibly responsive and so is the management company. We stayed for a little over three weeks and the house was great!!! The pool and hot tub were clean and functional - great to use after a long day at Universal Studios. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the Family room has comfy and plentiful seating. The kitchen has everything you need or you could go to Manny's for dinner which is awesome, be sure to ask for SKIP - he is the BEST server (he is there Tues to Sunday). I would happily stay here again and again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

My family stayed here for 9 nights and had a great time. The villa was clean, well maintained and had everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Located in a beautiful gated community that was close to all amenities. Tina was quick to answer questions throughout the booking process and was a pleasure to deal with. great place

spent 5 nights here and was very happy with the home. The house has everything you need kitchen wise, even an apple slicer which made the wife very happy. The pool and hot tube were a great place to spend the evenings after running all day. The only downside, really a minor inconvenience, was accessing the main road from the street the home was located on. All in all would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property, great location.

From the booking to check out, the whole experience was excellent. I received a prompt response from Tina with any queries and property details and she even accommodated our date changes due to Hurricane Ian. The villa was located on a lovely gated community, very pretty and quiet. The villa was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well equipped. The games room was a lovely extra but the pool cues do need replacing. We only had one problem during our stay, the waste disposal wasn't working, but I emailed the management company and someone was there the next day and resolved the problem. The pool and lanai area were lovely to relax in all our party enjoyed their stay. Would definitely return to this property.

This was a great getaway place for us and our friends. Close enough to Disney/other attractions. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. Property is otherwise as described in the description. Nice, safe gated community for walking/running activities. Thanks for a wonderful week away!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! The pool area is great and pretty private compared to other homes we’ve seen and we loved that. My kids really enjoyed the game room! My only issue with that was that it had no a/c so even with the fans on it was really warm. Despite that, the kids spent hours there. The house itself is wonderful and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We were extremely impressed that if there were any issues they were dealt with promptly. It is really such a lovely property and we would love to stay again! Thank you Tina for a great stay!!!

Best place to stay while in Florida!

We had so much fun staying in this villa. My kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. This place was super clean and maintained. Its a gated community so its a safe place for my family to stay. We had everything we needed. Indeed an awesome place to stay. If i could give 10 stars i would. Thank u to the owner for letting my family stay in their villa and enjoyed our vaction. 👍
