'As riders passing thru the area on the C&O towpath this location was ideal for a single overnight. The farmhouse was very clean and well maintained and had all the amenities that we needed.'

When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat.
