No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Home Access
This is a 2-story home with steps required for entry. One bedroom and a full bathroom are on the 1st floor the remaining bedrooms require stairs.

Pool Seasonality & Service
The pool is professionally serviced and is open seasonally from mid-March to mid-October, weather dependent. Inclement weather may temporarily delay pool availability until additional maintenance is completed.

Security Cameras
There are 3 exterior security cameras that face outward and do not capture interior spaces. They are located at the front doorbell (front yard/street), on the garage corner (driveway/street), and at the back of the home (pool/gazebo). These cameras record video and audio and will be on during your stay.
