This is a 'Premium' rated condo (with lower than Premium prices). Items such as granite counter tops, large flat screen HDTV, stainless steel appliances, new LVP floors, comfortable living room seating with two rocker recliners and very comfortable beds will be in this condo. This is unit 1012, on the 10th floor. Sorry, NO pets, NO Smoking and the person checking in has to be 25 years or older. !!!KIDS SPLASH PAD!!! IS A BIG HIT! Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need. Keyless Entry doors (no Keys, codes furnished at check-in).

Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas.

Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing family condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There are plenty of activities: In addition to the Pirate Ship themed Splash Pad for kids, there is a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court and a large outdoor beach side pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-cueing. Many enjoy the reasonable short walk from the condo to the beach/gulf.

Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf that is right above the large swimming pool. Sleep on the large king bed in the master bedroom with a very comfortable memory foam topper listening to the ocean waves thru the bedroom balcony door. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king bed with new foam top mattress in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room - sleeps 10 and perfect for two families, to share the cost. Phoenix V is conveniently located next to many restaurants & grocery stores, two Walmart's and not far from the outlet malls, The Wharf (shopping, movie theaters, activities), The Hangout and Flora Bama. There is an ICE MACHINE with bags of ice down on the beach floor so that you don't have to go to the store often to get ice.

The beach at Orange Beach is one of the best beaches around. The beach is close to the Ph V building and very clean. You can bring your own chairs, umbrellas or square tent cover to the beach. You can also rent benches, chairs and umbrella's from a vendor on the beach. This is a very family oriented place to stay.

Parking not included in the fees or rate. Guests pay $55/parking pass for each vehicle, paid at check in to the Homeowners Association at the HOA desk in the lobby.

Must eat & drink: Considering it’s a pretty popular vacation spot, it’s easy to go out for dinner in Gulf Shores and accidentally wander into a tourist trap. Avoid the commoners by heading to Cosmo's for an ace seafood dinner or The Keg for a cheeseburger that’ll send you home in a daze.

Don’t leave without: Stopping in for church service followed by a rager at the legendary Flora-Bama, just 20 minutes down the road.
