    The Colonnades is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

    Policies:
    1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
    2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
    3. Pets are NOT allowed.
    4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The property was beautiful and our stay was amazing. Nine adult ladies enjoyed our stay and would love to stay for our next year's get-away! Everything we needed for a dinner cooked in. Pleanty of room on the balcony - and what a view!Easy in & out, easy access to the beach. We all loved this place!!!

Just a few notes. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. But something you need to know that wasn’t clearly presented is you only get 2 passes for parking. So if you have all adults staying the rest have to get an app with Premiere Parking which was communicated but what we didn’t know is the lot they had to use was about 1.5 miles down the road and when we stayed during Labor Day it was 30 a day. Also not explained is the code to get to level L2 where the pool is actually located. You use the code by pushing L2 and then the numbers of the floors for the code. This was not explained by the rental company and I just wanted to let people know. Otherwise we enjoyed our beach stay and the accommodations were nice.

The property was great when it came to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen amenities. We had no dryer due to it being broken and the communication around that issue was not helpful. I called Monday to address the issue of the dryer, and I had to call again Tuesday morning since no one called me back Monday. Tuesday I was told that the ticket had just been made that day. That was fine. When maintenance got to our condo we were told that a part would have to be ordered, but was not given a solution. The man attempted to “fix” it but just rigged it up and it worked for one cycle. I called on Wednesday morning to get some assistance and was finally called at 9PM that evening. It was a major inconvenience for our beach trip. We had to go to a local laundromat to wash and dry clothes.
