Surfside on the Beach

Kick back and relax at Surfside located directly on the beach in Gulf Shores. With spectacular views of the coast and amazing amenities, this condo ensures you will have a wonderful beach vacation. From the amazing sunrises and sunsets to the beautiful beach right outside your door, this condo has it all. Surfside is perfectly located next to the Gulf State Park, the Hangout, and all the beach has to offer.

The space
You will love the easy lifestyle of the Surfside Condo! You can expect a sparkling clean condo, premium furnishings, quality linens and a full-service kitchen. Additionally, the Royal Palms complex has many amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, outdoor BBQ, outdoor showers and of course direct access to the beach.

Living Space: The living space is open concept and features new furniture including a sleeper sofa. The sliding glass doors lead out to the breathtaking views of the surf! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise or settle in with a glass of wine and watch the painted sky sunsets.

Kitchen: The well-stocked kitchen puts everything at your fingertips and is well stocked with the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, dishware and utensils.

Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom features a shower. Two hallway bunks offer single beds for children. These are not recommended for adults. And a queen sleeper in the living room offers space for two more. The hall bath features a shower over the bathtub. Both bathrooms will be stocked with freshly laundered towels and bed linens are provided for all four beds.

Washer and Dryer: Surfside has an in-unit, apartment-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Please bring your preferred detergent with you.

Starter Supplies: Included in the rate is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and hand soap. Shampoo, shower gel, personal care and beach towels are not provided.

On-Site Amenity Access: You will enjoy full access to the gated Royal Palms complex as well as areas such as the pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, BBQ grill/picnic area, and outdoor showers. Public restrooms and a public shower are located on the second floor. Both the pool and workout areas are keypad protected - codes will be provided before your arrival.

Beach: The boardwalk provides direct access to the sandy beaches. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs and toys. There is an open access storage room near the elevators to store your beach items, but please keep in mind this area is not secure. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach in front of the condo. Outdoor showers are available to rinse sand off your toys, chairs and feet before returning to the condo.

Parking: You may park up to two cars during your stay in the Royal Palms parking lot. The $60 parking fee for one car has already been added to the cleaning fee so a separate fee is not required. If you have more than one car, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for payment processing. Royal Palms does not allow RVs, campers or trailers in the parking lot. You will need to display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times. You will find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon check-in.
