    Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront duplex provides breathtaking views inside and out. The private balconies overlook both the shimmering Gulf and the inviting shared pool, creating a serene atmosphere for your stay.

    The Space
    Sunrise boasts an open floor plan designed for comfort and convenience. The living area features plenty of seating, perfect for gathering with family or friends, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make meal preparation and dining a breeze. This property is in a great location. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The doorknobs and rails inside the house were sticky. The floor was not very clean. The description of the property and the picture mislead us to believe there was a private walkway to the beach. The one in the picture belongs to the house next door and there was no access. The house was more worn than what I expected. There are some minor things that could improve the property such as updating shower heads. We enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores even though a tropical storm kept us inside for 2 days.

Nice duplex, walkway to beach that is pictured is not for this house it belongings to the neighbor. This house has a sand walkway to beach not bad just thought there would be access to it, would be a downside to people with mobility issues. Slider to main deck was very hard to open/close. I did request someone to look at it they responded quickly and were going to send someone... but no one ever showed. Outside area next to house could use a little clean up. But All in All a good duplex, clean would stay again.

The house was nice. It accommodated us well. The outside of the house could use some cleaning. It would have been nice to have a walk way over the dunes. The kitchen had little bugs that got into the food. The location to everything was convenient. You could walk to a few places. The beach was not overly crowded. The neighbors were very loud and it echoed through out the house. There was mold in the air vents in the lower levels. The pool light was shocking us but they did get someone out to fix it. The sliding glass door on the lower level was extremely hard to open. It needs a new track or a good cleaning. Overall it was a nice stay but I think for the price it needs some cleaning and improvements.

Perfect Beach Getaway

For a family that needed some rest & relaxation, Sunrise fit the bill. What we wanted was family time & we enjoyed it at the beach everyday. Yes, like every home the property has some wear & tear but if you are looking for a nice affordable beachfront property- this is it!

Large family vacation

We were disappointed that although the listing indicated sleeps 20, there was no room for 20 people to socialize, eat together, sit outside together. It did sleep 20 comfortably, but no room to be together otherwise. The agency was very kind and quick to respond to messages.

Overall we had a great trip. The house was in a great location. For enough away from the condos and traffic to be very quiet but close enough to get to everything we needed easily. The house had plenty of space for all of our family which was a lot. The only negatives were the outside and especially around the pool area. It was obvious that one side of the duplex had gotten some upgrades and one side had not. There were weeds growing on the pool deck and the whole area needed some repairs and cleaning.
