San Carlos 808 is a newly renovated and redecorated spacious 1229 sq. ft. 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the luxurious San Carlos Condominiums in the heart of Gulf Shores close to activities shopping and the local seafood restaurants. The living area recently refurnished in 2018 with new furniture and flooring throughout a large flat-screen television and boasts floor to ceiling windows to offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area table seats four comfortably with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar. Enjoy dining in with the fully equipped kitchen featuring crisp white cabinetry and appliances. Mix up your favorite drinks at the adjacent wet bar while streaming your favorite music using the Free Wi-Fi.

The primary bedroom offers access to the Gulf Front balcony a king size bed and flat screen television. Soak up the luxury in the primary bathroom with a double sink vanity large corner Jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screen television. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. The gulf front balcony is large enough to accommodate additional dining options at the outdoor dining table for four or just enjoying the sunset on the lounge chair. Relax by the Gulf side Outdoor pool or just relax on the sundeck. Cook up some great local gulf seafood on the shared BBQ grills. Feeling a bit more energetic take advantage of the fitness room and then recover in the sauna all free to our guests. San Carlos 808 is the perfect vacation rental destination for everyone!

Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach! Monthly rentals available November to March 1. No Smoking Common Areas Pool Hallways Parking Decks Balconies etc. A smoking area is on the east side outside the 1st floor parking garage. - Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
