The home has one of the best equipped kitchens ever, the views are beautiful, rooms as described. The pool was in desperate need of chemicals and was unusable as was the rusted bbq. They did shock the pool but were unable to get the heat pump working because parts needed to be ordered and a new bbq pit was delivered. We were compensated for not being able to use the pool the entire week we were there. The sofas need help, the refrigerator was undersized for the capacity of the house, but the response to fix the broken towel hooks was quick. The decks are lovely. We had 4 kiddos under the age of 4, and a dog, so a gate at the top of the stairs would have been a plus. Parking was adequate for 3 cars. Overall we were quite pleased.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time! The pool was a hit with both the kids and adults, and the beach was easy to access. The home was very clean and comfortable.

3 generation family vacation

. The pool in the back was amazing and the entertainment area by the pool they provided was perfect. It was great going from the ocean to the pool with the kids daily. The decks were amazing for hot summer days because they offered an amazing breeze and a view of the ocean. The only down fall ( no fault to the owners ) was the sand flies that were biting after the sun would go down. If you go do you homework on protecting your family from the bites while outside , they are horrible. I didn’t really know anything about them before going so giving a heads up to others. The beds were clean and comfortable. Mattress seem new and no one had any complaints. The kitchen was the star of the house. Had EVERYTHING you could imagine and more. The only item I did not see was a crockpot. It was very spacious and plenty of room to cook for multiple people. There was a big storm the morning of trash pick up and the maintenance man drove by and put my trash cans out for me. I had not asked him to but he said because of the lightning he figured it would be scary for me to go out there. After 3 hours of leaving the home I realized I left jewelry in a drawer. I called and they took care of getting it right away and worked with getting it shipped to me. My point is the customer service was top notch. It is a house that is rented by different families weekly so it isn’t perfect but they did a great job making it clean, stocked and made sure your needs were met. We would recommend!

Perfect Vacation starts here!

The location of this house is nearly perfect. One street from the beach, Far enough away from the touristy gulf shores, and close enough to everything while still being quiet. The house could not have been more ideal for us. We had family come from other states and everyone was impressed with how clean and well set up the house was. We will definately look at harris vacation homes next time we book. Thank you!

New Years fun in the sun

The house was nice. However, there could have been better chairs in the bedroom and more of a personal touch to the property. The beds However had long wads of hair in the sheets and on the pillows. Called to get clean sheets. However, I didn't come here to do laundry. For the price I except more. But it was a nice to be so close to the ocean. Over all we had a good stay. I'll be more cautious on my next booking.

Great family space

The house was great. Beach view was beautiful. The beds were very uncomfortable. The couches are pretty worn out. If the mattresses are replaced we would most definitely stay again. They only provide 1 towel per person which we were short . I did call and request extra which they brought them that day. The management company was good about responding. The location is awesome and the house is nice and spacious.

Great place for a group of friends

We had a group of 4 couples. It was nice having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Property manager was quick to respond and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again

Exactly what we wanted!!!

This was the most perfect location!!! The views from the house are top-notch! Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The beaches were very clean and not crowded at all. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!! Harris Vacation Rentals are THE BEST

Had a great time

We had a great time with plenty of room. Very clean and a wonderful view of the gulf. We couldn’t quite see the beach but it was easy to get to. We walked the beach every day. I hope the non stick skillets have been replaced since they were all peeling and did not sit well on the stovetop. When they say what paper products they leave for you, it’s exactly that. No extra. We did love the area and felt safe and comfortable. It’s a beautiful place.

Great place, quiet location

Beach Getaway

The house was in a nice quiet location, with a path that led from the house to the beach just one street over! Everyone in our party was very pleased to have their own rooms with bathroom attached, and I received compliments on my house selection multiple times this trip. It was a nice getaway without being around all the touristy places but they were close enough to drive to without being too out of the way.

Bachelorette Party Trip

The condo was amazing, just absolutely beautiful. The ideal condo for a large party or large family to stay. There was tons of space and not overcrowded even with 14 of us staying. The condo was very nice and met all of our needs through the stay. Easy and close access to the beach with no crowded areas on the beach. Highly recommend this condo and Harris Properties for rentals.

Bachorlette party

The house we the perfect space for us. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and also had a nice view from the balcony. We had 13 girls staying there and the house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of room ! Love love love this property !

What A Blessing!

From the moment we drove up to the property we were in awe! The house was very clean and well kept. The view from the outside balcony was priceless. The community was also very peaceful and the beach was never crowded. We are most definitely returning! Thank You!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We could see the beach and a short walk took you there. Our children enjoyed riding their bikes in the quiet neighborhood. Peaceful, relaxing, and plenty of room for the 13 of us.
