This corner condo puts you along Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, with water views, a private balcony, and access to indoor and outdoor community pools. Spend your days enjoying the fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station, charcoal BBQ area, or beach access about 1,500 feet away. Back at the condo, comfortable seating, a TV, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker give your group plenty of space to settle in.



The Space:

When you arrive, head out to the balcony where seating and views of Little Lagoon give you a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or catch the evening breeze. Back inside, the living room offers comfortable seating and a TV with cable – perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, while the dining table seats six with additional counter seating for two.



This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and both a queen and twin sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, a cable TV, and balcony access.



Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed, a cable TV, and balcony access.



There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and must be purchased from the community office upon arrival at $40 per pass.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Pool closes at 10PM. No food No glass bottles

If you're looking for a fun day in the sun, head to Gulf State Park. With its white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and plenty of space to spread out, it's the perfect place to enjoy a day at the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the Gulf on your own. If you're looking for something to do after dark, Gulf Shores has a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. You can also catch a live music show at one of the many venues in town.
