    Our condo is perfectly situated on the coveted 14th floor East side corner with no obstructed views of the beach and ocean. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 50" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a King in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.     Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to three parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

My family and I spent a week at the condo. Everything was just as described. Excellent location and we absolutely loved the amazing views from nearly all of the rooms. We hope to be back soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall wonderful experience! Some details concerning housekeeping. We found a hair extension from a previous tenant in one of the bedroom's closet's upper shelves. Found water/coffee stains and bloody fingerprint on curtains in second bedroom. WIFI was inoperative at 1404 but piggy backed with 1504's WIFI. One barstool was damaged and dangerous. We made no attempt to correct any of these issues and left just as found.

Overall a great place to stay. Great view. Convenient parking garage. Great amenities and near shopping and attractions. Just as described. We did have trouble checking in as they had no record of our reservation. It took probably twenty minutes to sort that out. I was told it had new owners and they hadn’t followed procedures exactly. But once that was fixed we had a great stay. Nine of us were very comfortable there. It was pretty clean though it seemed the tile floors need a good scrub. Walking barefoot our feet got a little dirty although everyone left their shoes in the hallway. Also, there were no mixing bowls. Easy but unexpected fix. I still highly recommend this place for all the reasons I mentioned first.

Condo was wonderful, maintenance service was poor

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We phoned in a request on Monday to have our disposal serviced and did not receive a call back. I called phoenix rentals again on Wednesday to make a second service request on the disposal and I spoke to Mike Roberts and told him that this was my second request for service. Mike promised me that it would be taken care of by the end of the day. The disposal was not serviced by the time we checked out on Saturday, leaving the problem for the next renter. I had also requested that the light bulb that burned out in the master bedroom be replaced. We loved the condo but I am not sure I would rent a vacation from Phoenix Rental in the future.
