During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. This WILL cause disruption to guests staying at the property. Crystal Shores West building will be closed from November 9, 2026 through November 22, 2026 for the completion of the project.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect location
My husband and I had the best time. The condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathroom towels etc. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and listening/watching the waves and occasional dolphins. We will go back.

This was a very nice, very well equipped condo. The spacious balcony was very nice and tranquil, and the hot tub downstairs was great. Everyone we met was very nice and the whole place had a great laid back atmosphere. It was a nice reboot vacation for my family.

Just love the fact of not trafficking through the pool to access beach. Perfect for someone looking to fish on the beach. Overall my favorite place I’ve stayed in gulf shores. Will be returning

Had a good experience
Overall we had a good experience. The location was clean, well equipped and had superb views of the beach. Other locations that we’ve stayed had beach chairs available which we would suggest as a courtesy. Not being able to enter the property even a little early without paying a fee was a bit excessive.

Fun Time!
Great place, clean and comfortable with an awesome view! We were somewhat confused about the parking situation, we were told we could park anywhere by the management company and a condo employee. However, that wasn’t the case. But, we figured it out and had a terrific stay!! Will definitely stay again!

Great Condo and location!
This was our first year at CSW and we had a great time! Everything shown in the pictures is what you get, perfect space for our family of 5. One elevator did go down and the wait for an elevator was a tad crazy but anything electrical can happen. We will definitely book again!

It worked
No extra linens, not enough towels broke furniture, raggedy outside furniture. Really needed a deep clean too. It worked well for location but just not a five star stay.

Overall a great place to stay! The condo was great, but the wifi in the room was not great. Made it hard to have phone calls home to family! The elevators where hit or miss that day. Nothing the owners could do about it, but definitely had to wait a long period of time for elevators and different times of the day.

Beautiful view— would book again!
Absolutely wonderful visit. Beautiful view and great amenities. Only issue we had was the map took us to Crystal Shores when we were staying at Crystal Shores West so we kept trying to get into a room that wasn’t ours but had the same room number (others experienced the same issue since they were right next to eachother )… once all of that was taken care of, everything else was a breeze and wonderful and relaxing. The only things we had to do before leaving was take out all trash, turn thermostat to 72, empty pantry and fridge/freezer, and start dishwasher before checkout at 10. It’s nice to go somewhere and not have to do a full cleaning on the tail end of an amazing vacation. We look forward to our next visit.

Great condo with the needed amenities. Only two complaints. One was waiting to get in although room was ready early had to wait until 4 or else be fined for entering. The 2nd bedroom mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable!

Truly Amazing
We have stayed in this building several times in the past, but loved this unit so much! My husband and I kept talking about the beautiful decor and loved the ease of getting things out of the cabinets that had drawers inside them. I was also impressed that they had a speed queen washer and dryer and was honestly super excited to use it since I've heard so many great things about it and it made doing laundry on vacation much more bearable. The seating on the balcony was perfect. We used the rocking chairs in the morning, the dining table for lunch, and the loungers for after dinner. The blackout curtains were stylish and 100% did its job of keeping the early morning light out. The only downside of staying here is that it will be even harder to leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

I would not book this property again.
No fitted sheet on the master bedroom bed, just a mattress pad, they fix later but I had already bought sheets. Outdoor chair was destroyed, rug outside is stained terribly, and coke or coffee stains on deck. Inside drink stains on bedroom wall, throw pillows stained. Guest bedroom bed sunk, we fixed the problem by turning the box spring right side up. 😒Condo needs updating.

Perfect Stay
We recently stayed at this property with our 2 teenage daughters and loved it. The property was very clean, large enough for the 4 of us, and well taken care of. The 2 bathrooms/showers were great considering we have teenage daughters. The property is conveniently located right on the beach, but it’s far enough down that it was easy to get in and out of away from congested traffic. The balcony was very large and our favorite spot. We spent a lot of time out there. We never had trouble finding a place to park and the property was well cared for. Beach ball managed the unit very well, and I’m sure if we had needed something they would have taken care of it. My only complaint, and it’s very small, is that the email we were sent about what is and is not included, was sent the day before check in, but since we had a 16 hour drive, we had already left before getting the email. It would have been nice to know a littler sooner that we were going to need to bring trash bags and toilet paper from home before we had left - but that was fixed by purchasing some at the close by stores. We would gladly stay in this unit again
