Keyless entry makes check-in simple—no keys to pick up or keep track of. One of the best features for families is drive-up access to the 2nd-floor level, so unloading is quick and easy without waiting on elevators.

PARKING INFO (PLEASE READ):

🏖️ Parking permits are required — each vehicle must have a parking permit at all times
IMPORTANT: The ramp/turn to the 2nd-floor parking is very tight. We strongly recommend oversized/large vehicles do not park on the 2nd floor.

LOCATION (LESS CROWDED BEACH!):
Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores. You can also walk to the pier and you’re close to all the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach dining, shopping, and attractions.

SMOKE-FREE BUILDING:
🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located on the ground floor.

HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM
