'The room description (see also the photo) stated private bathroom (not in room). In reality, the bathroom turned out to be shared. The staff indicated that this was incorrectly listed by Hotels.com. However, a review from another guest shows that this is not an isolated incident but a structural issue. To make matters worse, the staff began loudly cleaning the kitchen next to my room at 6:45 a.m. If you value privacy and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.'

'We stayed at this hotel for seven nights. The price was very reasonable, and the location was convenient. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the bathroom.
