Belle ferme indépendante à 10 km de la mer. Piscine à débordement chauffée et vues à couper le souffle !

The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 10 km from the sea.

Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.

Beautiful stone farmhouse, features a large porch and a pergola equipped with tables and wrought iron chairs, barbecue, solarium and a fantastic heated infinity pool on the hill with a breathtaking view!
The villa has two spacious luminous rooms with a relaxation area with sofas and a stone fireplace, an area with LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen overlooks the covered porch and terrace with swimming pool.
The six bedrooms, two downstairs and the other 4 on the first floor are superbly furnished, some with four-poster beds and stone washbasins. Villa Amore has a basement with laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
