I’ve stayed at this house multiple times under the previous management and was happy to see the transition to the new team. The new management has been great with clear, detailed instructions and an easy-to-use keypad for entry and locking made arrival and departure seamless. The house is well stocked with bath amenities and plenty of towels, which was especially appreciated for hot tub use. Loved the minimal chores at check out! The property is very quiet and private, yet conveniently close to town when we needed anything from the Surf Market. We loved being just a short drive from beautiful bluff and beach walks. The great room, with its large fireplace, comfy couch and window seating area were especially cozy and continues to be a favorite gathering spot.We also really appreciate that this is a dog-friendly property, our pups had a blast in the safely enclosed backyard. The hot tub is always a highlight, perfect for daytime or evening soaks, especially under the stars.A couple of suggestions for improvement: the kitchen could benefit from two large pans for group meals, as we were cooking for five people and had to make do with medium-sized pans. Additionally, upgrading all beds to memory foam would be a big improvement. The primary bedroom would also benefit from a true queen or king bed instead of a full with a better bedframe where I wasn't walking into the corner. We’ve been staying here since 2019, and updated mattresses would make this stay perfect.
