'Lovely hotel except for the attitude of the owner/manager. In the restaurant at dinner (2nd November) he greeted all other guests, but coming to our table, looked us up and down rather disparagingly, and didn't even say good evening. My husband and I are in our late 60s, perfectly dressed, and are not used to being insulted in this way. The rest of the staff were a delight!'

'Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.'
