'It’s hard to find such a beautiful place surrounded by water, with easy access to swimming and kayaking. We loved walking right out and having a personal beach with an amazing view all the way to Ithaca. The home is clean, comfortable, and really set up with entertaining in mind. 'For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. 'Loved the location on the water. It was an amazing sight walking out of the bedroom in the morning and seeing the lake right in front of you! Getting down to the house and back up was not as bad as I expected. They made it the best it could be especially at night with the lighted path and stairs. I would stay again for sure although a more comfortable bed would really be appreciated.'

'The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area.
