The Space



Tucked away in the beauty of the Tasmanian bush, this inviting apartment offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.



The sun-filled living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that frame the surrounding landscape. A daybed-style single bed is also available for an additional guest, with linen provided for guests who wish to use it.



Share meals at the four-seater dining table while enjoying the beautiful outlook, or prepare simple meals in the well-equipped kitchenette. It includes a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, portable stove, and cooking essentials. Please note that there is no oven at the property.



Sliding doors open onto the private deck, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. This is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a BBQ, soak up the sunshine, and take in the sweeping views across the Tamar River and surrounding vineyards.



The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with plush bedding, providing a restful space after a day of exploring. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate bath, perfect for a relaxing soak.



Just a short distance away, you can explore local favourites such as the Turner Stillhouse and Tamar Ridge Cellar Door. The wider Tamar Valley is also home to an abundance of wineries, distilleries, cafés, and restaurants showcasing the best of Tasmania's cool-climate produce.

Notes



Please note that the second bed is a daybed-style single mattress. If you wish to use this bed, linen is provided at the property for you to make it up.



There is no oven at the property; however, a small portable stove, microwave, and other basic cooking facilities are available.



As the retreat is surrounded by native bushland, you may encounter friendly local wildlife and insects during your stay.



A nearby vineyard may use a bird cannon during the grape-growing season. As a result, some noise may be heard during the day, particularly throughout the summer and autumn months. The property is also located near a highway, so minimal traffic noise may occasionally be heard.



Please note that the gas heater in the living area is not operational. A heat pump is available and provides heating and cooling throughout the property.
