« We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. « The Blue Farm House was clean and comfortable for our family. The home had extra special things for all - games and crafts for the children, extra spices, coffee and condiments and pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. Lots of room to meet with family and escape the cold.We were attending a family funeral - the house offered a restful retreat. Due to cold, we couldn’t enjoy the yard. The children were entertained by the “reindeer “ on the walls. »

« The home provided a wonderful space for everyone to have their own room, relax and hang out together.The hot tub was a wonderful addition!We were disappointed that the bedding, living space and kitchen cookware and utensils were not very clean. We were also shocked to find that most of the windows were all unlocked on our last day. Made us feel a bit unsafe.However we did communicate our disatisfaction with the owner and he was going to address it with maintenance and his cleaning staff. ...
