The cutest little lake cottage on Koonz Lake! Enjoy 60 feet of sandy frontage for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the dock. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and cozy open-concept living and dining space. Enjoy water toys, grill out, gather around the fire pit, and soak up peaceful lake days. Koonz Lake is a no-wake lake (electric motors only) connected to Beaulieu Lake. Gresham is minutes away, while Shawano is about 15 minutes away with dining, parks, attractions, and more!

Full Bathroom (Main Level): Full bathroom with stand-up shower.

Full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.

Beach towels are also included during your stay.

Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. Gather around the kitchen island, with seating for 4.

Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of k-cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia.

There is no laundry available on-site. The closest laundromat is about a 9-minute drive from the home.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The home is nestled on a peaceful lake just outside of town. It’s one of only a few short-term rentals in the area—most neighboring homes are owned by families who have enjoyed the lake for generations.

A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away.

The gas grill is on the deck and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grills after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grills, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement and online check-in form must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code for entry.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 8 guests allowed in the home.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, deck facing the lake, front yard, back yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages in the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
