'An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. 'This was a lovely location. The house was beautiful. My family reacted very positively as soon as we walked in the door! The host was great to deal with. Whenever I had questions, I had a response in a short period of time. Very helpful. Look forward to staying again at sometime in the future.'

'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

'Adorable well appointed large cottage with amazing water and sunset views. Super comfortable beds, temperature control, and walking distance to pretty much everything!!! Town is great w good shopping and restaurants a couple with live music. This is a great rental for a couple or family interested in the area!'

This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.'
