Our group loved our stay at Preble Hills! The house has so much space, either to find a separate space or to gather as a group. Everything is as pictured. The amenities are awesome & the owner was always quick to respond to questions we had. The only problem we had was our stay was so short we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything at the house. We'd absolutely consider staying here again & adding on more days!

Great Family Time!

14 of us (age 9 months to 89)stayed at the property for 4 nights! Everyone loved the house! The arcade and gym were a huge plus! Both the kids and adults loved it. The kitchen was great for cooking family breakfasts, and the massage chair (one wasn't working) was very popular!The living room was great for family gaming, and we enjoyed the pool table. A few of us enjoyed the hot tub as well. It was a little too wet and buggy for the firepit, but it would be a great place for hanging out as well.Turns out the property was only 3 blocks from my brother's house, so that was great. We actually walked over there several times. And close to Preble Park!All the bedrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and towels, and the multiple bathrooms helped with everyone getting showers, etc. And everywhere in the house stayed cool with the air conditioning, which was so nice!There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for cooking, and the two refrigerators worked perfectly for all the different types of beverages and food.

Weekend Stay

Property is huge! We had 7 adults and 6 kids (6 and under) and everyone had their own space. Bedrooms are extremely spacious, kids had a great time playing in the gym and in the back yard. A few minor issues, but management was quick to respond.

Would Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed our time at Preble Hills. More than enough space for multiple families with kids to hangout, eat, relax and enjoy each others company. The arcade games worked, the hot tub was clean, the house was clean, rooms were massive, everything was exactly as expected. Tom was responsive throughout our entire stay. Based on our experience, we’d stay here as well aa any of the other properties in their portfolio. Bonus discovering mtb trails with a pump track and tubing within a mile from the property.

Packer Weekend

The property is in a great quiet neighborhood. There are tons of amenities and lots to do for you adults upward. It was clean with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Competative basketball was followed up by the hot tub or sauna and then relaxing by the fire pit. The bedrooms are massive with tons of space and lots of closet space. I would come back in the future.

Nothing short of Amazing!

My party consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from 21 to 70. The house was very spacious and offered many activities that kept everyone busy! The younger members of my party were occupied with the game room, indoor basketball/volleyball gym, and pool table. The older members were occupied with the sauna, hot tub, and the large living room/movie room area. The house was spotless, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The communication was awesome and check in was a breeze. The location was perfect, as although it was nestled nicely on a hill which gave it the feel of seclusion, which I love, it was very close to all of the main streets, stores, and restaurants. This made for a perfect vacation get-a-way. We will definitely be visiting regularly.

Very Nice place

We rented this property for a group of 10 fisherman that came from out of town. The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with grocery and fast food near by. We had a Private chef come in and prepare all of the meals for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked for the chef. Having twin refrigerators and freezers was really nice. The layout of this property is really cool. Nice family room with a very nice pool table. The indoor basket ball court was used by all. All the bedrooms were nice and large. Family Get-together

We created wonderful memories here! Everyone had something fun to do all the time. There were so many options and the house easily accommodated our family, myself and husband, adult children, spouses and grandchildren. The massage chairs are amazing. I have fun action pictures of everyone playing dodgeball on the basketball court. We sang karaoke using the huge screen TV to view the words. Wonderful neighborhood near the bay and downtown. This house will not disappoint!

Family gathering

We always have a great time staying here. We love the location and all of the activities provided, especially the indoor basketball court, pool table, and hot tub. The massage chairs are a great addition and frequently used to relax sore muscles. The kitchen area and open family room are wonderful areas for family time. The property manager is friendly, flexible and able to answer any questions.

Family Getaway

This was a getaway for my kids and grandkids. Everyone had a blast! There was so much to do! The grandkids loved the basketball/volleyball court and of course, the video games. Our host, Tom, was quick to respond to the questions that I had. We all loved the massage chairs! The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate all of us! I highly recommend this place for your family getaway!

What a great place to stay!

We loved this property so much! The arcade, basketball court, massage chairs, spa, met the needs for everyone staying there! Walks to parks, close to downtown. Family friendly but also totally amazing for just adults with the wonderful bed layout! They had more than we expected to accommodate our little ones! Communication was on point! Could not recommend this place more!

Get together with friends

Every year we do our annual "guy weeked" with friends. This is our 3rd straight year of staying at this property and it is perfect for our trip. Open area so that we are all able to get together and talk and amenities perfect for our entertainment. A must stay in a great neighborhood for larger groups!

A great place for a winter getaway

We booked this property for a weekend with our friends. It's clean, and spacious, with lots of activities to do!!! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Our group loved playing games in the indoor gym, relaxing in the sauna, and using the massage chairs. We definitely would stay here again.

Great Friendsgiving!

Enjoyed the weekend after Thanksgiving with Friends. 4 couples with kids and still enough space for everyone to have their privacy. The house is huge, beautiful, and with toddler boys, the arcade & basketball court we're a hit! Not to mention the massage chairs! There wasn't a dull moment! Can't wait to stay again.
