Dear guests, Thank you very much for sharing your impression concerning your recent stay with us. We are glad to read that you enjoyed the scenery and your accommodation. We do regret that our hotel did not meet your expectations in certain aspects. Allow us to kindly address the points raised in your review, as we should note that as advised upon arrival, we are not allowed by Greek law to enter your room on a daily basis. Due to this, the housekeeping and mini bar service are offered upon request of the guests. Furthermore, our indoor pool and sauna are closed for this year due to the updated health & safety protocols, which we are obliged to follow in order to protect the health of our employees and guests. We were surprised by your comment regarding the sunbeds on the beach as this year, due to the low occupancy of the season, our sunbeds do outnumber our guests. Additionally, the opening hours of our food & beverage outlets are duly noted in the available app, and we also inform our guests during their check-in accordingly. Nevertheless, following the last order in our a la carte restaurants at 22:45pm, we also have the Premium All Inclusive snack at 23:00-00:00 and a la carte Room Service available on a 24-hour basis. Please note that we haven’t charged for services that you did not receive. All the above information was available upon arrival and also in the app at all times. It was a pleasure to have you with us and we do appreciate your insight, which is very important to us as we do our utmost to provide the best possible service. We would like to assure you of our best attention at all times and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the near future.

Dear Alexandre I am extremely disheartened to learn that you did not enjoy your stay with us as much as we would have hoped. It is our absolute priority to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful and memorable time with us and it is therefore with much regret I read your comments. Due to the Covid-19 legislation now in place, the cleaning of rooms, the restocking of mini bars and tea and coffee provisions are done upon a guests request, and all our guests are advised of this new procedure during check-in. We also display this information via 4 information boards around the hotel, and on our dedicated Covid-19 TV channel. If however you were at all unhappy with the standard of cleaning that was provided, please be assured that had this situation been discussed with a member of hotel staff then the matter would have been immediately resolved to your complete satisfaction. We currently have open 3 restaurants to our guests, this includes the main buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner , Mirabello a la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner, plus the Firepit a la carte for dinner. I will certainly share your feedback with both our Head Chef and F&B Manager, as it is most unusual that we receive negative comments regarding the cuisine we have on offer and the level of service within our restaurant. I can only apologise if you personally found the food and service not to be to your personal liking, as comments of this nature are very rare indeed, and the vast majority of our guests have nothing but praise for the food and service offered. It is true that due to Covid-19 and the legislation now in place, we have had to reduce the number of reservations into our hotel, to ensure that there is the luxury of ample space to allow secure social distancing and this in turn has resulted in a reduction in staffing levels in some areas. However, I would wish to assure you and all our guests, that our staff levels are in line with the number of guests we have in residence. Indeed, guests have been extremely complimentary about the standard of our service, together with the facilities and amenities on offer, and have in no way had their stay with us compromised, as a result of these unprecedented times.
