Un tres bel établissement, une décoration soignee
Super endroit que cet hôtel. Pension complète donc, ce que nous faisons jamais habituellement mais nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le buffet est gigantesque, c'est très bon et les plats changent tous les jours. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux. Les piscines sont chaudes, le staff super sympa, l'ambiance est jeune et décontracté, la musique est top. Bref, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Etablissement refait à neuf disposant de tout le confort moderne. Le service jeune très aimable et motivé.La décoration est très soignée et fidèle aux photos.Le mobilier de la chambre privilègie l'esthétique à l'espace de rangement. La restauration sous forme de buffet est variée. Le wifi disponible dans tout l'hotel n'est pas de la meilleure qualité. Les matelas autour de la piscine sont en nombre insuffisant et reservé dès 6h30.Accord avec une plage privée a seulement 7 min.

Sehr hochwertige Unterkunft, allerdings eher für Jüngere ausgelegt, was beim Check-In bei der Nutzung einer App deutlich wurde. Zudem läuft den ganzen Tag Club-Musik, damit muss man zurecht kommen. Speisen und Getränke sind gut, "All-Inclusive" ist bei den Getränken allerdings nicht alles und nicht den ganzen Tag. Reicht aber vollkommen aus. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden sicherlich wiederkommen, sofern man nochmal nach Kreta reist.

Returning Visitors
Stayed here last year and absolutely loved it so decided to go back…and we’re so glad we did. The food is delicious and not repetitive like some All Inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing too, so friendly and accommodating. New addition to the hotel from last year is the rooftop pool and bar… great for sunsets

Overall this hotel was a really well designed and super clean. The room was wonderful, and the Jacuzzi was a bonus! For the price, I would expect there to be enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, and the food and drink to be a higher quality. Having your breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the same place with the same buffet is quite repetitive.

Das Hotel hat meine Partnerin und mich vollkommen überzeugt. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Syntopia, aus unserer Sicht, für junge Pärchen. Unser Standart Doppelzimmer war sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Einzig ein teilweise auftretender Fisch-Geruch störte im Badezimmer. Hierbei wurde jedoch mehrfach nachgebessert. Das Essen erfüllte völlig unsere Ansprüche und war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Sämtliche Getränke im Al-Inclusive-Paket waren super! Das absolute Highlight aus unserer Sicht war die Pool Area mit verschiedenen Day-Beds und anderen Liegemöglichkeiten, auch wenn diese stets sehr gefragt waren. Dennoch bekam man immer einen Platz. Jeden Abend gab es verschiedene Musikdarbietungen (DJ, Liveband etc.). Im Umfeld des Hotels gibt es nicht allzu viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten o.ä. Generell war das Syntopia eine super Entscheidung und wir würden immer wieder kommen...und das sagen wir sonst eigentlich nie :)

Very nice modern room. The beach is at a walkable distance. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Easy to park near the property as we are outside the city of Rethymno.

If calm and relaxing luxury is your thing, if you love smooth jazz and chill music, if you are foodie, then you are at the right place as Syntopia will spoil all your senses. From beautiful scent around the venue, harmonic chic design, tropical plants to delicious and diverse food options. This is pure Eden vibe where you can reset your mind. Like a cherry on the top is the quality of the service. Staff members are professional, smiley and welcoming and that’s about everyone from receptionist to cleaners. Some of them are going beyond, so I believe it’s worth to mention their names: Spyros - the best skilled bartender, Olimpia and Michalis - the most smiley, warm and welcoming waiters, Pareskevi - super nice chef ( thank you for all those delicious Risottos 😊) and big applause for Manolis - Restaurant Manager who made us feel special and well looked after. He is a very proactive and professional leader. Me and my husband are working hospitality for more than 15 years and we know how hard is to to built such a great team so well done guys! Thank you so much for a perfect wedding anniversary celebration.

Very pretty and premium.
The entire hotel is super nicely furnished. Not one ugly piece, high quality wood etc. Almost unreal value for money also with the all inklusive! Would definitely recommend it! Only the location seems off not sure there is anything around other than the highway. We were passing through to go more West so didn’t mind, but seems a car is defiantly a must of you want to go anywhere off property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff couldn’t fault them every one was super sweet apart from one lady in the resrurant who had a bad attitude the whole time. She needs to liven up. Other than her couldn’t fault it at all.

Tolles Hotel mit grossem Problem
Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind genug gross und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Jacuzzi. Die Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Es gab verschiedene Themen zum Abendessen, was das Essen abwechslungsreich machte & für jeden Geschmack was dabei war. Aaaaaaber, leider ein grosser minus Punkt! Die Sunbeds beim Pool waren am morgen um 06:30 Uhr schon reserviert, was den Erholfaktor leider etwas senkt. Wir hatten somit erst im Verlaufe des Tages ein Sunbed, als die Gäste gegangen sind. Wir finden, wenn man schon die teuerste Kategorie bucht, gehört so ein Sunbed auch dazu. Sehr schade. Kein einziger Hotelangesteller hat irgendwas dagegen unternommen. Echt sehr sehr schade...

Exceptional in every way!
Fabulous hotel in every way! The room, the service, the staff, decor, facilities, food and drink were all exceptional. The hotel is very modern and has a really chilled vibe. The pool area particularly is picture perfect. The hotel is located around 4 miles from Rethymno Old town and can be easily walked in just over an hour. Plenty of taverna locally if you fancy a change. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Das Hotel hat ein tolles Design. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam-das Essen ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider liegt das Hotel zwischen zwei Hauptstraße. Der Lärm ist dementsprechend nicht wegzudenken. Da die Poolmusik ebenfalls etwas zu laut ist, hat es etwas Skuriles in einem so schönen Hotel diese Geräuschkulisse zu haben. Es ist insgesamt absolute Geschmackssache. Denn dass andere Gäste schon morgens vor 7 Uhr Liegen „belegen“ nur um dann danach in Ruhe frühstücken zu gehen und 2 Stunden später wiederzukommen, liegt offenbar im Wesen von All Inclusive Gästen. Hier sollte das Personal deutlicher darauf hinweisen, dass das Reservieren von Liegen nicht erlaubt ist (was es nicht ist).

Perfect hotel!
Amazing hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is completely new and very well designed. Rooms are beautiful and there are two pools with comfortable surrounding sun-beds. There is a great spa. There is a large variety of food choices. This hotel was everything I was looking for in my vacation! I will definitely be back!
