Hotel calme et un peu isolé à 10min d’Agios Nikol.
Nous avons sejourné 4 jours dans cet hotel. Le personnel est sympathique et a l’ecoute. La chambre etait propre et nettoyée tous les jours. La terrasse est agreable hormis le bruit des voitures lié a la route à proximité. L’hotel est un excentré du centre ville ce qui necessite un moyen de locomotion. Le petit dejeuner est correct. Nous avons eu l’agreable suprise de recevoir un petit cadeau lors de notre depart.

Très bon séjour
Personnel très accueillant et certains services inclus comme le prêt de serviettes de plage et de parasols. Hôtel très propre au style soigné et moderne. L'hotel est bien situé tout proche de la jolie Elounda. Petit bémol, il se trouve en face de la route et les chambres donnant sur le parking sont un peu bruyantes.

Bien placé pour visiter Elounda Plaka et Agios
Etablissement classique de type hôtel avec piscine assez grande et pas surpeuplée. Parking disponible, pas très grand mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. A noter la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité de TOUT le personnel. Accueil avec bouteille de vin blanc et assiette de fruits et cadeau de départ. Situation géographique agréable car on peut se rendre à pied à Elounda (10mn) avec trottoir aménagé au début puis prendre à droite et on arrive le long de la mer, super agréable. Des départs pour Spinalonga plusieurs fois par jour, à 10 mn du charmant village de Plaka et environ 15mn (7 km) d'Agios Nikolaos. Le petit déjeuner est varié (chaud et froid) et encore une fois le personnel très sympathique. La chambre : literie top, balcon de taille correcte avec belle vue tranquille, chambre faite tous les jours. La salle de bains est petite, comme beaucoup d'établissements en Crète et elle pourrait juste être améliorée avec une étagère et/ou crochet pour mettre nos affaires, un détail pour certains... WIFI très bien

Accueil chaleureux et hôtel lumineux
L'hôtel se situe sur la route reliant Agios à Elounda. Moderne, lumineux. Nous avions 2 chambres vue piscine et mer. Pas très grandes mais bien décorées. Disposant d'un balcon avec table et chaises. La piscine est de belle taille et dispose de nombreux sièges et parasols. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner soit à l'intérieur dans une salle très lumineuse soit sur la terrasse face à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet salé et sucré, bon mais un peu répétitif s'y on séjourne plusieurs jours. De bons jus de fruits. Le personnel tant à la réception, qu'au petit déjeuner et le personnel de nettoyage est très sympathique. A notre arrivée une bouteille de vin et des fruits nous attendaient. Et lors de notre départ nous avons encore reçu des cadeaux typique crétois. N'hésitez pas à y aller nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Très bon souvenir
Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Krini hotel à la fin de notre séjour en Crète et avons particulièrement appréciez l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel de Kristina à la réception à notre arrivé. L'hotel est très propre, bien situé à proximité du centre et des commerces d'Elounda et propose un excellent petit déjeuner buffet et à la carte très copieux. Notre unique regret est de ne pas avoir pu séjourner plus longtemps à l'hotel que nous recommandons sans hésitation pour son bon rapport qualité/prix.

Très bonne situation
Nous y sommes allés en couple du 20 au 24 août. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, très sympathiques. Nous avions demandé une chambre vue sur mer (effectivement nous avons vu un bout de mer mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir une vue de folie). La chambre est confortable avec un frigo, la climatisation, une salle de bains avec douche et 2 petits lits collés. Situé à 1 km du centre ville d'Elounda, il y a un arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel qui vous mène soit à Elounda soit à Agios Nikolaos. Il y a également un loueur de voitures à côté de l'arrêt de bus donc tout confort ! La piscine est petite mais suffisante car peu de monde. Très bon séjour car Elounda vaut vraiment le coup d'oeil !.

Too expensive for what your got. Beds are HORRIBLE. Hard, like sleeping on a boxspring. Rooms are minimal. We didn’t even have a blanket. We had a bed spread which only covered half the bed. The toilette seat cover would fall down constantly when your going to the bathroom so either you had to hold it up if your were a man standing or it leaned against your back . The pool is a saltwater pool and not chlorine, which is nice, but you had to pay $2 for a pool towel which seems ridiculous when your paying to stay at a place with a pool. The breakfast was huge. Pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, eggs, juices, etc…

It's not a safe place: the front door and the main door remain open during the nights, even when the personnel is gone. And an unknow woman came into our room at 7AM when we were sleeping! Unacceptable. No enough parking slots for all customers Pool is nice. Also the room. No elevator (3 floors). Breakfast, nothing special.

Worst beds I’ve ever encountered. Full stop.
The service was fantastic, but the bathroom was rundown; the shower leaked water all over the floor, and you couldn’t close the door without either stepping into the shower or stubbing your toes. Worst of all, I cannot overstate how awful the beds are. You might as well sleep on the floor because the springs in the mattress were stabbing us all night. There was absolutely no way to get comfortable. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the hotel would subject their guests to such beds. I have no doubt that you could find more comfortable beds in a prison cell — even an inflatable pool raft would be preferable to these. I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews — if they renovated the bathrooms and got even semi-decent mattresses, it would be alright, but we were sorely tempted to check out after the first night because of the beds.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to read your recent experience with and we hope you had informed us while staying at the hotel. We would have addresses your issues at no time. We are sorry though for not accepting your saying as all matresses and beds have been replaced in 2019 on a renovation which took place to the whole hotel and rooms. I would say that our beds and matresses are pretty new. I do understand that might not be of your taste or the same comfort as your home bed but definitely they are not as presented on your comment.

Nice option fairly close to Elounda
We had a nice one night stay as we were in Elounda to try out some restaurants and a boat trip. The Krini was an ok option, very reasonably priced and they provided us with a family area which was 2 rooms which shared a private corridor which was great. We never used the facilities or ate at the hotel so I can’t comment on those but they looked ok.

It felt like a very relaxed hotel , I can’t fault any of the staff , they were all very helpful,kind , nothing was too much trouble. The pool was cleaner every morning , pool towels are available. The only issue I had was that the hotel was in Elounda not Agios Nikolaos despite the expedia app telling me the hotel was "in the heart of Agios Nikolaos" and showing a picture of the famous lagoon in Agios Nikolas. The hotel was on the outskirts of a different town (Elounda) about 6-7 kilometres away and although the town was beautiful and perfectly fine for our holiday it was not where I had been led to believe I had booked.

Staff were so helpful. Had a late check out for free, leaving gift and a farewell drink from the bar. Aircon, safe and fridge provided free of charge. So peaceful and loved Elounda.

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. When our air conditioning stopped working they moved us to a better room for the remainder of our holiday. It was nice area around the swimming pool. The air conditioning stopped working during the night but we were moved to another room. The swimming pool was cleaned very much from leaves and the sun loungers were not very clean but would still recommend this hotel to others
