Juste la vue de magnifique
L endroit est magnifique ainsi que la chambre dommage que tout ce qui est service ne soit pas au rendez-vous : tous les jours le petit déjeuner que nous avions demandé ne correspondait pas ! Le jacuzzi marchait quand il le voulait bien ! Et bagarre avec l eau chaude tous les jours… et lorsque l on a voulu garder la chambre (où une autre) en attendant notre avion prévu fin de journée histoire de prendre une douche on nous a demandé 550 € ….

la chambre réservée n'était ABOLUMENT pas conforme à la commande demandée (filtre avec piscine ou jacuzzi) et vous nous avez "sans le savoir" réservé la chambre "Amorgos" qui ne correspondait en rien et que vous n'avez certainement jamais vu même en vidéo étant donné qu'elle fait la taille du lit avec un balcon à flanc de falaise 2 chaises en fer!!!! nous avons voulu annuler les 2 nuits : impossible, demandé un arrangement avec supplément : refusé par la mauvaise réceptionniste car l'hotel est soit disant plein (faux après vérification), qui nous propose ensuite un support de 450...€/nuit !!!! ce qui est au dessus du prix de la meilleure chambre proposée le meme jour par votre site !!! cette attitude était mensongère et n'est certainement pas digne d'un établissement luxe 4*; c'est honteux. nous avons perdu une après-midi de négociation et de vacances mais une super opératrice de chez vous est restée avec nous par tel pendant 1heure 20 mn !!! nous avons finalement eu la chambre demandée lors de la résa sur votre site!!! avec 80€/nuit de à payer - a part cette peste qui ne doit pas connaitre son metier, le reste du personnel était adorable et géré de cette event. dans ts les cas, checkez les locations que vos prestataires vous octroient car nous n'avions aucun moyen de savoir avant que la chambre bookée par vos soins était une cellule de prison, sans accès piscine, ds un mur troglodyte, plein sud...grandiose mais je ne relouerai jamais là et suis pour l'instant très déçue

Likes: The staff was really nice. So do the breakfast served. Dislikes: The room didnot match the photos.Bedroom area was crazy suffocating. Not enough amenities in the room. Basics like lighting, slippers, soap, etc. Location was far finding it was a challenge and had to take so many stairs.

We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Oía located near all the shopping and restaurants. The room had an amazing view and everything I needed. The indoor pool was heated and had a great view as well! Delicious breakfast delivered to my room every morning. Easy and friendly check in process.

The view of the Caldera is spectacular and breathtaking. The only negative is that it’s at the bottom of a steep decline and you must walk countless irregular stairs up to get to the town. There are no elevators, only steep stairs. That said, a hot tub outside your room afford you views of the cliffs surrounding the Calera and the ships sailing in and out of port. The room is a cave built into the cliff and is quite large. Despite the steps, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Oia. The restaurant was closed when we were here in April 2024. to make up for this, the hotel sent breakfast directly to the room each morning, which was phenomenal, consisting of an omelette, or a Greek style, scrambled egg, Greek pastries, yogurt, and fruit salad.

The staff is incredible, the spa water temperature cold. The room was hot . Great location for dinning and shopping. If amenities and updated room is not a huge problem. This is the place to go and affordable for the location

We had the honey moon suite, and a special welcome or bottle of wine/other would have been nice. There was a stain in the couch and a small yellow stain on the pillow case :( Breakfast was good. The wind was really bad the day we stayed and it is difficult to enjoy the view in windy conditions as there is no shelter from it.

This was an AMAZING hotel. The staff is five star and the accommodations are five star as well! The views are more than breathtaking and I must say that this hotel is one of the finest I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel and I thank them for an incredible experience.

STAY away!! Arrived Oct 4th and the first thing we were asked was to pay in advance. NP. While checking in (4 PM) we were asked to fill out our breakfast form as they bring breakfast to your room. I was like - can you give us a moment to get to the room as we had been travelling for several hours! Arrived at room only to find 1 bottle of water for 2 people and was informed that there was not going to be any room service as the one and only person who does that was taken ill - we had a heated confrontation. Okay - no ice, no nothing just a bottle of water! I asked where the mini mart was as I need to get ice for my wifes knee so I trudged up the hill and down the other side - fun times. Upon my return the manager (thats the only staff they have) had dropped off a warm bottle of sparking rose. Warm and no ice! I walked up the steps again to mine check in to mention this and he just laughed - claimed he was trying to break the ice! Just tip of the iceberg here. Other notable problems - no AC in bedrooms - cannot imagine what is it like in summer unless you leave your bedroom doors open. Don't order any hot food for breakfast as it arrives stone cold (coffee was fine) Compared to the other amazing breakfasts that the other hotels had on our trip this was terrible Safe broken, bathroom outlet broken. Had to ask the person (male) who just let themselves in to clean plunge pool while my wife was changing to leave 1500 characters is all Expedia allows - too bad!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly! The view from our room was amazing! Location …perfect! I would rate higher than 5 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend!! Lil treasure in Santorini.

Property is super cute and staff is super friendly and ready to help with pretty much anything. Is amazing how they remember your room as soon as they see your face :). Just be ready to clime up and down to the property, very steep but totally worth it. Their breakfast was one of the best, fresh and local ingredients. The office staff encouraged us to try as much as we can from their breakfast menu. The only negative was that their bar areas was closed due to their server being out sick.

Incredible caldera views from the private hot tub. Great start to the day with breakfast on the patio…also with those same amazing views. Nice and refreshing shared pool after a warm day…did I mention the views of the caldera? Heart of Oia, just steps from where everyone goes for the sunsets. Be prepared for some serious elevation changes…if only the porters could carry you too.
