L’hôtel est vraiment génial bien situé, vu magnifique. Mais quand même déçu du jacuzzi car nous sommes partis au mois de Novembre et le jacuzzi était important pour nous, l’eau pas hyper chaude, l’accueil et le petit déjeuner était bon. Par contre au début la dame nous a dit que toutes premières consommation au mini bar était gratuite et au final à la fin du séjour on a tout payé !

Le cadre est beau, mais l'une dame a la reception était une vraie énergumène humaine. J'y ai laissé mes deux amies, dont une, réfugiée ukrainienne, mes amies se sont fait traité de moins que rien, et l'hotel a menacé d'appeler la police, sans meme me contacter (vu que c'est moi qui à fait la reservation et payé) parcequ'il manquait 27 euros au checkout a cause d'une consommation au minibar, bien que l'hotel avait mes coordonnées bancaires et aurait pu simplement charger ma carte. Mes amies m'ont contacté ensuite et j'ai fait le règlement des 27 euros. mais entre temps, elle se sont fait traité de tous les noms. Je voulais que mon amie qui fuyait la guerre voit autre chose que de la violence, et voila le traitement qu'elle a eu. J'y retournerais jamais de ma vie.

Comme beaucoup d'hotel de Thira cet établissement propose une vue extraordinaire sur la Caideira de Santorin et est idéalement placé pour sublimer le coucher de soleil. En fonction du niveau de confort de la chambre choisie vous aurez une vue plus ou moins privilégiez et parfois l'accès à un Jacuzzi privé. Petite piscine 'publique' très agréable. Propreté, service et petit déjeurner sans repproche.

Accueil et service PARFAITS ; le patron est tres gentil et serviable Petits dejeuners EXTRA servis (quand le temps le permet) en terrasse avec vue sur la Caldeira : MAGIQUE ! Appartement vaste ( a 4 on ne se gene pas : 2 salles de bains, 3 lits de 140) ; original (troglodyte) ; mobilier et déco un peu vieillots Emplacement idéal (pres de Thira la Capitale ; on peut s y rendre a pied en 10 mns en prenant un sentier avec une vue incroyable tout le long) ; l endroit est calme ; petits commerces et parking a proximité (c est bien si on loue une voiture !) Justement pour location de voiture l hotel s en charge avant votre arrivée : pas besoin de choisir une voiture avec grand coffre : l agence de location envoie un chauffeur a l aeroport qui vous remet votre petite voiture et qui prend vos gros bagages dans une seconde voiture, puis il vous guide à l hotel et vous dépose vos bagages (idem au retour) Possibilité aussi de réserver vos excursions en bateau autour de l ile via l hotel ; le patron s occupe de tout ; c est génial !

Franchement bien et bien placé,
Ambiance : patron sympa et disponible. Petit dejeuner tres complet (sucré salé) Emplacement de l'hotel : C'est l'un des meilleurs emplacements sur l'ile. La piscine : elle est petite mais vue l'endroit c'est déja énorme. On peut nager car elle est équipée d'une pompe de "nage a contre courant". Et c'est super ... Vous trouverez dans cet hotel l'esprit de Santorin avec sa vue exceptionnelle.

We love this hotel! Beautiful views and helpful staff. It’s also really clean. They provided transportation for a fee and even transportation to the port which we needed at 1 AM. This is honestly the best location. It is right by all the restaurants and some shops if you don’t want to walk far. We booked a boat ride and the pickup was only a few steps away which we loved. A lot of people staying at other properties were coming down just to take photos because the view is just that amazing. There’s a lot to see in Santorini but this was our last stop on our honeymoon so we stayed close. I would definitely recommend.

This place is right in Firostefani, which is one of the top spots to stay when you’re in Santorini. The views are stunning, and it’s great for a stroll. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Plus, having breakfast in bed is a really nice touch.

This was such a wonderful hotel and overall experience. The rooms are beautiful, each with such an amazing view of the ocean. The staff were very kind and attentive and made our stay much smoother. I would highly recommend it for a stay in Santorini!

I would have given this property 5 stars since the view, the room and the service of Fay and most of the staff was beyond our expectations, if I did not have to experience the rudeness of the maintenance guy at the property. This gentleman not only threw our breakfast on the table because he was asked a question but also was rude to the girl at the front desk when questioned about the paint that was coming of at the pool (which I have pictures of the paint in my body). These types of scenarios are not what expected when you are on vacation.

Wow is not enough! Not only is the property a gorgeous and in walking distance to all of Fira, the staff is simply amazing. We visited in Nov when a lot is closed and Costas and Faye were integral in making our dream vacation a reality. It felt like family, the sunsets were perfect and our room was so nice. 10/10 would stay again.

Managers Kostas and Fey were exceptional. Our views were Amazing! It must be listed on Instagram or another site as a great place for pictures because a LOT of people took pictures on the stairs between the Chic and the next hotel. Everywhere you look the view is Spectacular! You do not need to stay in OIA to have beautiful sunsets. The only complaint would be that the rooms have NO drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase.

Words cannot describe our immense happiness with Chic Hotel Santorini. Fay and Kostas, are just the most fabulous hospitality specialists. They were both so personable and accommodating, assisting us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. The staff and service were just impeccable, with a delectable breakfast served to our personal outdoor eating area each morning. As for the location of the resort, it is situated at the perfect point in the caldera, at just the right height. There are spellbinding views of the layers and layers of white canvas suites to the left and to the right of the resort as soon as you exit your room. And wait until the evening when the sun goes down and all the lights turn on. You will experience a sense of nirvana. On top of this, the volcano and the island of Thirassia and all the cruise ships are visible to you as soon as you step out of your door. And the sunsets directly opposite the resort were unbelievably stunning and unobstructed. The main walkway outside of the resort has that festive old time charm with remarkable views of the caldera, and best of all, without the hustle and bustle of Fira or Oia. Also along this walkway are fine dining and the most amazing gyro shop in Santorini. Long lines queue every day. In summary, the resort had everything we desired. We cannot imagine a more relaxing place to stay in Santorini than the Chic Hotel Santorini.

Beautiful setting but avoid indoor whirlpool rooms
The 10 rooms of the Chic Hotel are nestled into the exclusive cliff tops in Firostefani, a short distance walk to the restaurants and bars of the main town Fira and the bus station from which you can travel around the island. The hotel staff are friendly and breakfast tasty. The main issue with our stay was our room... "A Junior Suite with Caldera View and Indoor Whirlpool". Our room (room 9) was not a traditional suite as it was only a bedroom and a bathroom. It had no windows (only a small window in the door which we had to keep covered by the blind in order to have any privacy) and no private outdoor space. The 'caldera view' was only visible from the small shared areas around the hotel. The room was minimally decorated with no wardrobe (only a hanging rail in the bathroom) and one drawer. But the worst thing was the huge open whirlpool which took up half the bathroom (and a quarter of the entire suite space), had no lid, left the whole suite smelling of a health club and was kept hot so left the whole room steamy and humid. The only mirror was in the bathroom so was mostly steamed up. We did not feel that our suite met any of our expectations (for space, basic amenities, luxury feel, privacy or caldera view) and informed the staff soon after arriving. They kept saying how much they wanted to help but were powerless to do anything. In the end we had to have the whirlpool switched off in order to be able to stay in the hotel (which would not refund us so we could move). :(

Short stay stunning views
Absolutely stunning location. Just be aware the area has stairs so need to be comfortable with that. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast bit different but quality of food excellent. Outside pool small and very cold. Like getting into a plunge pool but once in was actually quite nice. There is only one sun lounger next to the pool and 2 chairs. It is not really a laying round the pool holiday. These are caves so don’t expect pristine walls etc. very quirky. But we had an indoor jacuzzi which was nice and meant we had a big room. Not much storage space but we were only there 4 days so didn’t matter to us. I kept mine in the suitcase and other half put his above the bed. The indoor jacuzzi probably caused the do as there was mould in places so you have to keep air con on.

Great location and friendly staff. However, room was not as clean as we had expected it to be especially for the price we paid. Found a cockroach in my towel, robe was torn and staff did not replace as there were no extra robes according to the front desk staff.
