Hotel club en petites maisons très bien situé au bord d'une plage, moderne et fleuri. Animation pour les enfants et ados, buffets copieux, personnel très serviable. Attention au moustiques le soir.

La plage qui ne finissait jamais <3
Hôtel très bien situé (au sud de Corfou) car il est en face des côtes Grèce continentale. On se sent en sécurité. La plage descend très légèrement dans la mer, ce qui fait que nous avons pied même a 50 mètres du bord: point très positif :) Le personnel de la restauration est très efficace et souriant ainsi que le personnel en général (accueil, serviettes, animateurs,...) Beau coups d'animations sont proposées par le groupe FRAM (pétanque, fléchettes, aquagym, cours de cuisine Grecque, mythologie,...) ainsi que diverses sorties (Paxos-Antipaxos: tres sympas). Les serviettes sont fournies et on peut les changer tous les jours au "comptoir serviette". Bref, ensemble très satisfaisant et très bon séjour. PS: n'oubliez pas d'amener de belles tenues pour le soir ;)

Hôtel les pieds dans l'eau
Cet hôtel est vraiment génial. Les repas sont délicieux, les chambres petites (mais comme on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps dedans, ça ne gêne pas), la plage magnifique,... En énorme plus pour les enfants ou même pour tout le monde est la mer…On a pied jusqu'à 50m au moins: voir même plus. Ça monte, ça descend légèrement, ça remonte, ça redescend un peu, ça reremonte jusqu'à descendre beaucoup plus loin (et la on a plus pied :p) C'est vraiment une plage magnifique. En plus les bars sont sympas et les cocktails proposés sont bons (et nombreux). Le personnel gentil et a votre écoute: génial! :) Bref allez-y vous ne serez pas deçus. PS: ils donnent de serviettes pour la plage et les piscines PPS: il y a 3 piscine (1 normale, 1 relax et 1 pour les enfants) (ils ont fait des travaux et c'est vraiment bien )

Nie wieder! 5 Sterne sind ein Witz - 3 Sterne maximal! Unglaublich eintöniges Essen - ausschließlich stundenlang warm gehaltene Speisen ohne jede Abwechselung, nie frisch zubereitete Speisen. Niemals All-inklusive buchen! In der Bar ist jeder ordentliche Drink separat zu bezahlen, als Wein nur der zuckersüße eklige Hauswein. In den Alacarte -Restaurants zwar besseres Essen (nicht All-in), aber Weine alle ausverkauft! Der "Strand" auf der Website und in Prospekten sehr nett - in der Realität ein knapp 2 Meter breiter Streifen, zugestellt mit Plastik-Liegen. Seetang wird nicht geräumt. Abends wird ein Großteil der Anlage von der Poolbar beschallt - u.a. mit Karaoke-Veranstaltungen, die zu Schmerzensgeldforderungen berechtigen -:( Die Liste ist nicht vollständig - Fazit: Nicht buchen!!!

5 Sterne Ressort mit Abstrichen. Die Zimmer waren gut. Das Essen am Buffet war mittelmäßig und dem 5 Sterne Anspruch nicht angemessen. Zu den Stoßzeiten waren zu wenig Plätze da, lange Wartezeiten um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Insgesamt hatte man das Gefühl, das das Ressort überfordert war mit der Anzahl der Touristen und das in den Herbstferien. Die direkte Umgebung besteht aus verlassenen Häusern und Ruinen. Da traut man sich nachts nicht aus dem Ressort raus. Außerdem ist die gesamte Landschaft total vermüllt. So etwas haben wir noch nicht gesehen.

We’ve just came back from 2 weeks in South Corfu, 1 in Capo Di Corfu and 1 in Labranda Sandy Beach Hotel and for sure Capo Di Corfu was way better and higher quality. It’s a small nice hotel, with rooms spread along a big property. Rooms are in great condition and we barely heard the neighbours, mattress and everything in bedrooms are in great condition and food from the buffet is tasty and great quality. We had an issue with air conditioning and they performed an upgrade to a suite room which was amazing. Staff are great and always willing to help- thanks to patricia from KidsClub- Christos from Buffet and everybody. Pools are great and we always found sunbeds there and at the beach. Beach is narrow and has seaweeds but sea is really safe for kids as is shadow for at least 100-200 mts. Things to improve: there were no healthy options for drinks, no natural juices, no sugar free sodas, no cocktails with natural juice. AI doesn’t include alla carte restaurants, and after 1 week we were overtired of buffet food - other hotels allows you 1-2 alla carte per stay, snack were really limited ñ. It didn’t affect us , but entretainment is focus on French people, having designated staff exclusively for French - if your kid wasn’t French was not allowed to join certain activities, that to my mind is terrible Overall a great hotel, with great staff always willing to help, ideal for families with young kids.

Very much a family hotel which makes it not ideal for couples. All inclusive drinks were disappointing. Breakfast was just about okay but the coffee was from instant powder and the juice was squash. The lunch and dinner buffet was good and salad very good. The pool was excellent and beach very convenient.

The hotel is nice, but it's definitely not a 5-star experience. There were holes in the sheets, the baby bed was made every few days, the shower head was broken and in general the shower was old and very small with a shower curtain that kept falling off. From a 5-star hotel I'd expect a walk-in shower. But there were also good things: the staff was really friendly and helpful, the hotel area is beautiful and very green, the houses are far from each other so one can have quiet and privacy and the sunsets are amazing. So despite the not-so-nice things, we enjoyed our 9-day stay there.

Good value, friendly staff, nice stay
Enjoyed the stay, family . Food is decent, enjoyed our one dinner at Luna Rosa, the buffets at Arete are also good, especially the aubergine dishes. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Kids club was great (big thank you to Valentina and Barbara), lots of drawing, painting and other activities. Lots of reviews complain that everything is for french guests, this isn't true, there are two entertainment teams, one is french, the other is international (italian, dutch, portuguese to be precise and speak fluent English and German), the two teams work together to give an international service. Beautiful pools, nice big childrens playground. 5 star? Not sure, but you get what you pay for and it felt good value. Negatives: the biggest is the temperature of the swimming pools, they were so cold my daughter (who loves swimming) didn't swim once, and didn't even want to use the slides! Big shame. Using covers at night would keep the temperature much higher at this time of year (can make a 5°c difference). There are also covers that can be walked on if safety is the concern. Even the sea was much warmer than the pools. (If I'm being really picky the ice cream was also fairly unedible, cheap chemical flavourings, but hey, it's free and my daughter still enjoyed it!) Big thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable stay!

Buona posizione e piacevole il fatto che fosse proprio sul mare. Spazi comuni belli e ben tenuti. Buona anche l'animazione. Pessima invece la gestione dei pasti, con cibo scadente, sovraffollamento e pessimo servizio per avere un tavolo pulito o 7n po'd'acqua. Camera datata, rumorosa, letto scomodo, bagno vecchio, con doccia con la tenda, piccolo e inadeguato. Pulizia appena sufficiente.

The hotel has lots of potentials: a well-kept hotel with lots of green spaces, good pools, right on the beach, and spacious rooms. Excellent entertainment team and kids club. The reception staff is friendly. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. The meals work very severely, as the staff brings the drinks and the service is slow. There was no care to pick up the plates and glasses after use. The food was very repetitive, there were no themed dinners which are normal in all-inclusive hotels. For an all-inclusive, the food offered between lunch and dinner was very small (2-3 sandwiches and biscuits).

Conociendo Corfú
Estancia perfecta. Pequeñas casitas dotadas de salón con todo detalle, balcón, íntimas con todas las comodidades para que te sientas como en casa. Cuenta con varios restaurantes, piscinas, en plena playa y todo rodeado de un paisaje y jardines muy cuidados lo que hacen un paseo precioso por todo el complejo. La atención por parte del hotel fue impecable y muy amables. Totalmente recomendable escaparse a Kavos para disfrutar de este gran hotel. El buffet inmejorable, cuentan con animación y diversas actividades acuáticas, sin duda, volveremos, muy especial.

There are so many things that can be improved ( the breakfast is so so, the room not so well equipped) but you forget all that because of the nice staff that try to help you with every request you have, with smiling animators and also the nice location of this hotel.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa e muito bonito. Mas é um Hotel club com animações e comida de baixa qualidade. Eu não recomendo caso você busque por um hotel calmo com prestações excelentes. O serviço ocorreu muito bem, equipe prestativa. Você pode fazer teste covid no próprio hotel.

Family trip to corfu
Good but it doesn't give the impression of a 5 stars hotel. Facilities were good. Stuff was friendly but we were dispointed of the food quality. Things were not fresh. Even the paid restaurant was horrible. Menu was average expensive but atmosphere was cozy. Gardens were amazing. Views was awesome. The good thing was you sea and pool all near by but you need to drive an hour to reach downtown.

Very good for families
The hotel is very fair and equivalent to the price they charge. We’re not big fans of ALL INCLUSIVE, but it was also fair. The room is comfy, though with a very small shower are. Recreation team is great for kids and general service very good. I’d recommend for families.

Wonderful stay
This hotel is PERFECT! It is NOT one of those stays, where you see beautiful pictures and come to an old, dirty place. In reality, what you see is what you get. The stuff is amazingly patient and friendly, even during busier times, they keep their friendly face and try to help. It is great for families and children, I will definitely come again. We came at the end of June and there were not many people, you could see how the coming week was being packed with more and more people, so for myself, I would definitely recommend to come during off season. The only little minus: the hotel could get some mosquito nets, as it is a small investment and could make a big difference in the sleep of the guests.

Tolles in Hotel im Bungalow Til in einer sehr schönen Lage . Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Trotz der erschwerten Bedingungen unter COVID 19 . Am besten hat mir die Lage unseres Zimmers fast direkt am Meer, man konnte von der Terrasse das Meeresrauschen hören!! Wunderbar ☺️ Wir waren total begeistert 😄 (Zimmer 3508) Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass wir bis zum letzten Tag vor Saisonende also vor Hotelschliessung dort waren, der Service war trotzdem top!! Gerne wieder in 2021🇬🇷

Lovely property right on a sandy beach. Only annoyance was the constant swatting of wasps if you sat outside to eat at the restaurant. Got stung at the beach too. Pretty painful.

Mayor Capo di Corfu is located at a magnificent landscape, surrounded by extremely rich fauna and flora, one of the characteristics of Corfu Island in general. This beautiful environment is alive and some of its natural inhabitants do visit occasionally, depending the time of year, our outdoor premises. We do appreciate that wasps or bees can be very disturbing for some guests, especially in areas that food or drinks are exposed as all sweet flavors attracts them. Taking under consideration that they can travel many miles away from their nest, our control over the flying wasps or bees is restricted and cannot be completely eliminated at the outdoors. Please rest assured that along with our consulting agriculturist and head gardener, we are undertaking the maximum environmentally friendly preventive measures within the hotel property, following all relevant law and regulations to minimize this phenomenon. Greek Getaway
Overall nice stay, clean rooms, nice pool and fantastic beach. We stayed all inclusive, but ended up going out for many meals as we felt the food was not very good. Drinks on offer were not great (wine was undrinkable) so that was a disappointment. Also had a lot of wasps around the hotel but no attempts to get the away like burning candles or scents.

Highly recommended.
Village type villa accommodation with a beach side location. Mostly good food choices but not every day. Friendly staff. Good pools and bars. Plenty sunloungers.
