Thank you for your feedback. Yes there is a charge for the sunbeds on the beach but there are free of charge all sunbeds by the three pools. The distances between umbrellas is 4 meters as we were instructed from the Greek Covid-19 protocols. There is no thermometer for the tempurature of the pool water but it's around 18 degrees Celcius and it was not indicated that we heat the pools. The sunbeds are enough for the hotel guests next to the pools even if some of them are "reserved" earlier in the morning. Our half board menu cosists of four courses and if a guest wishes a bigger portion may ask the waiter for it and gladly we will add more food. As for the noice of the neibhors' rooms, this is something that we cannot do something, as some people are more noisy than others. Cleaning ladies stop working at 15:00 and leave the rooms area much earlier than that time. As for the "yellow stains" if there by accident were put in your room, with a simple notice at the front desk or the cleaning ladies could be replaced in a minute. The coverd parking slots are 8 and plenty more on the road for our guests. WiFi signal is strong enough everywhere in the hotel. May be slow during rush hours sometimes but this is a matter of provider.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback and your comments are taken under consideration. If you would have asked for a double bed we could arrange a double bed for your stay. Not all our rooms have double beds but even the ones that have twinds, can be arranged as a double. There are extra pillowes in the cupboard and even if you need more, our maids would have brought you if just asked! As for the Wi-Fi, yes we faced several connection problem because of our provider which we face it too as you mentioned. The beach charge comes with some extra services which are not mentioned at your feedback, like daily fragranted refreshing face towels, face sun care and hydration care from our spa staff, a refreshing treat once a day. Yes, we may be a bit more expencive but we offer ONLY branded liquors and the happy hour is for some reason only at one of the bars, which is just to introduce the new wing to all our guests.

Dear guest, we read your opinion and noticed that you choose to stay at our economy rooms. The ones accross the road are the Deluxe ones and almost double priced than the economy ones for some reason. As for the profesionalism of our staff, we won't say a thing, just read the rest of the comments. Your conclusions about our staff are false, but on the otehr hand this is your opinion.
