I had went back to the checking desk and they had said that they could not help me because they were full.And I'd have to take it up with expedia, so my only option was to sleep on the floor! « The room was beautiful and clean! We were on the 9th floor and the view from our windows was very nice. Breakfast was not included but that was okay for us. The staff was very nice when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the shower had very nice water pressure. »
