« The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. « Our room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. Breakfast needs help. AC was broken and the front desk person said it's been down for awhile. They brought us a fan and said we could leave the window open. That did help to cool the room down but it was noisy all night and big lights outside made it very light in the room. So, sorry 3 stars is all you get. Please notify guests if there is no AC as advertised. »

« Very expensive for the small space. First room, sink clogged. I definitely felt judged for the “price” I paid (I got a good discount). It felt classist by staff (everyone was warmly greeted but I didn’t get the same experience). The place did seem understaffed so I don’t want to be unreasonable. »

« I would highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream! »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone »
