« Frustrating having a fridge for left overs, but no micro to warm them when you wanted them Only restaurant with decent food was Puyallup cafe. We were told when we checked in the hat tacis were always waiting downstairs. We were given 4 different directions to find them. No taxi. Security called twice and a taxi after an hour just showed up to hopefully be needed. The call was never activated. After waiting an hour we missed the wedding we're going to. Very funny ustrating »

« The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful. »

« I've stayed at this property several times over the years, it was a favorite in Tacoma. Common areas need an update, carpets are worn, broken glass in elevators, etc. Room didn't have an iron or ironing board, would have expected for a business/convention type hotel. Had booked a mountain view room, was put in a lower street view room. Didn't bother to complain, as front desk staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly and I was too tired to move again. Probably won't stay there again. »

« Had a nice stay. Only negative was the pool is shut down without notice online which is why we chose this location for the kids. However the staff did compensate us with free parking for the inconveniences. »

« Hotel was clean but located directly across from a Methadone clinic so many homeless addicts wandering around nearby. AC didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and front desk staff obviously didn’t want to deal with it so they put a post it note on the back of the monitor at the front desk that read ‘AC not working sorry’. Breakfast was ok. Nice facility just really scary neighborhood so beware. Parking was locked underground so that is a plus because your car wouldn’t be safe outside. »

« My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. I gave up and stayed at a Motel...

« Our stay was just one night. My first impression was that I did not want to park my car in the parking lot. There was a prostitute on the sidewalk right outside, a lot of people who appeared to be living out of their vehicles parked in the parking lot that is shared with a Goodwill. It was not a comfortable experience, that was just arriving to the location. The person who greeted us was very nice, the check in process was quick and easy. « Loved it! Stayed for one night, the bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! »

« Continental breakfast is good, indoor pool is great for kids and the location is central for Tacoma and Puyallup, right near the highway entrance. »

« I spent two nights there with my seven-year-old son when we were exploring the Olympia and Tacoma areas for a long weekend. It was a very nice and comfortable stay the free breakfast was far better than average free breakfasts I booked this room in part because it had a pool, but we never made it down there, but that impacted our choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel had free parking and closed in a fence, which made me feel safe for overnight. . »

« Wonderful location. Very quiet, great view, clean and well looked-after rooms. My only complaint was that there was NO hot water (3 nights, no hot water at all. Might have been bad luck on my part). »

« I would absolutely stay again. Front desk and manager so helpful with an Expedia issue. Spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet and the gal taking care of that was so helpful and kind. Wonderful stay, wonderful staff. »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »
