'Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. 'Very close to track and Brook Tavern next door was convenient and good for drinks and dinner. Breakfast was excellent each day with Sarah and David offering excellent service. House is old and you hear a lot of creaks. Window A/C takes you back. You’re paying for the location. Enjoyed our stay.'

Matthew was one and inviting, not in a fake way but a way that actually made you feel like you have just come home where you belonged. The room we stayed in was great! The bed was super comfortable and the towels were the softest we have experienced. Ever! Very convenient location walkable to every important location in the area. 'A unique and historic building..our room had a wonderful view of the 'little' falls bordered by beautiful brick buildings harking back to the days of the woolen mills. staff was extremely helpful and kind with all of our questions and requests. very nice set up for their continental breakfast and made for easy conversation with other guests in their large and airy conference room that also is used for eating in the morning.'
