'After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. 'Beautiful spot overlooking the river with goats, cows, chickens and goats on the property. Well setup kitchen. Useful to have laundry. Comfortable bed in the upstairs loft. Large, bright open downstairs. Front deck to watch the sunset. We hope to stay again.'
