'Not only did the owner no provide a working phone number for issues, it took over a day to get a hold of her and that was only after I called and stayed on hold for over an hour with VRBO. The grill was filthy and had all the information wiped off so couldnt use it. NO HOT WATER FOR 1.5 DAYS. 'I enjoyed our family vacation at this property. Leige Anne was a great hostess and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The home had plenty of space for everyone and lots of ways to entertain ourselves and relax. It's a great space for families with children of all ages. 'The property itself was beautiful on the interior. We had a lot of problems with the front gate and getting people inside the gated community. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECEPTION FOR CELL PHONES AT ALL SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYBODY STUCK AT THE FRONT GATE. WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW PEOPLE WERE STUCK THERE UNTIL THEY WERE BACK ON THE HIGHWAY WHERE YOU COULD GET RECEPTION. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF SIX CARS ALLOWED FOR THE PROPERTY.
