« Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower.
We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again. »

« We had a fabulous weekend, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was utterly amazing, hot food absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. There's a few marks and scuffs around the place but for what you pay it's incredible value for money. We will absolutely be returning! Only negative for me was there was only a bath, not ideal for washing your hair. A quick trip to Sainsbury for a jug solved that problem. »
« The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
