Owners are trash! Over work employees and talk down to them.. but the staff is super amazing and super kind.. I highly recommend staying here only when the owners are not working

Staff was AMAZING!!! So kind and accommodating!! My ONLY complaint is that our room was right by the side entrance that was supposed to be accessed by key card only but it was never locked day or night. So even when we came in late at night, the exterior side door was unlocked which is a safety issue.

Rooms are brand new freshly remodeled with modern furnishings. Sarah at the front desk helped me navigate a third party issue with ease. Will stay again.

Cleaner then we anticipated. It was getting painted and worked on during our stay. But all and all was better then the one we stayed at the night before.

Do not stay unless you are desperate! Soft spots in our floor and bathroom counters peeling away/stained. No Elevator! You will have to carry everything upstairs. If it wasn’t midnight and we’d have to drive another 30 minutes for a hotel we would not have stayed. Save your $90 and go someplace else…

Horrible stay
I was put in the first room and the phone didn't work when I tried to call the front desk because the tv didn't work so I had to run downstairs and have them change my room. The 2nd room was worse, no phone at all tv got 1 channel and the toilet was broke. I fixed the toilet and ran down again to try to get the tv to get more than one channel nothing worked I went to bed and checked out early

The property & staff are what one would expect for a low budget hotel. Night worker did not enforce quiet time. Neighbors were very loud until right after 3 AM. I called twice for assistance to quiet them as I had an early appointment meeting. Night staff said two “courtesy” calls were made. There was no telephone in my room & I never heard a phone ring in their room. I had to google the number. No phone seems to be a safety concern. Night staff said some rooms had phones & some phones didn’t work. For the 2nd night, the loud people were moved across the hall. I requested being moved to another end of the hotel. There, I got sleep.

Outside the hotel was lacking, however the rooms are always clean with nice pillows and soft towels! Great price for the rooms as well.

Staff were friendly and the check in and out was an easy process. We were in the first room by the lobby, very noisy all night long with ppl talking, sounded like ppl moving or sliding furniture above us until at least 2:30am, random doors opening and closing and things banging around. Needed to sleep with a white noise maker app in my phone the second night. Breakfast was yummy.

Overall a great stay
Our stay was great. Breakfast was good and filling although adding food back into the buffet could have been a little faster. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Cable wasn't working but they did have a service call in for its repair. The internet was fast enough that we could stream video on the smart tv so we did get to watch what we wanted. Definitely would stay again.

The flooring needs to be replaced badly! Loose boards are a trip hazard. I swear the desk person was drinking alcohol. She smelled like alcohal.

Very noisy experience! Not because of the occupants, but rather because the walls were so thin. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on above, next to me and out in the hallway. This was my first time staying in a Super 8; will likely not do it again.

From check-in thru checkout the stay was amazing. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff .... clean, comfortable and pleasant facilities. The place appeared to be recently renovated and updated! My special requests were honored. Highly Recommend this Hotel..... I'll stay here again!

The jacuzzi tub was broke the bathtub didn’t plunge so couldn’t take a bath and the bed is significantly sunk in the middle. I have rheumatoid arthritis which is the whole reason I needed a bath and a decent bed. Terrible.
