'This is our 2nd stay and for the 2nd time, this place didn't disappoint! Everything was perfect!'

'Listing said 3 bedrooms but it fails to list that the bunkbeds are in a bunkhouse not the cabin. There were no windows or A/C in the bunk house - it was 98 degrees in there. Felt this was a little shady. There is no way this place sleeps 8 people. Especially if you are tall like my kids and mayself. My son is 6'3" and could not stand up in the bedrooms. The bedroom with pull out is a joke and felt like sleeping on a rock. There is barely any room to sit. The stove top worked but not the oven....

'The home has a clean, modern feel with farmhouse chic comfy. Lots of little touches throughout the home and plenty of space to spread out in bedrooms and living areas. The screened in porch leads to a large deck overlooking the lake. The dock is easily accessible with well maintained stairs. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.'

'The tiny cabin had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay in the Lake of Egypt area. Not far from the property is the Cross Eyed Bear for good food and drinks, but with a great kitchen set up with a grill, you might not need to or want to go out to eat. Beautiful hiking is about a 15 min drive away, and you’re also about 20-30 minutes from picturesque wineries. Loved our stay, and we will have to be back!'

'We chose this cabin for a weekend getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This cabin was exactly what we needed. We loved the cute, little cabin and all the amenities. The view is breathetaking. My daughter spent hours fishing the lake and caught multiple bluegill and fish. We appreciated the board games, cards and activity books provided with the house. We made good use of them on the rainy days. The cabin was very stocked and had everything we need. Host were great and very quick to respond...

'We booked entire property for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect. 12 of us in our group including 6 kids (ranging from 5-16 yo) , 6 adults and 4 dogs. We had plenty of space. The cabins are absolutely adorable, clean and well outfitted with everything you need for a stress-free getaway. We enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming in pond and also took advantage of Lake Of Egypt being 1/2 mile away and rented a boat for the day. It was truly the perfect vacation; the kids loved it, the adults...

'The cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our needs. The drop down ladder/stairs to the loft were not an issue for our group. The kitchen had just what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We basically only slept there because we explored all day. We did bbq and have a fire at night.'
