Central Florida Lake House

  • Breng uw volgende reis door met vrienden en familie in dit bijna 4000 vierkante voet huis. Sommige van de details van dit prachtige huis zijn onder andere: 1/2 hectare veel, nieuw gebouwd, zout zwembad en spa binnenkant van scherm behuizing, woning aan het meer, groot vrijstaand bad in master, ruime keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en veel ruimte voor vermaak. De extra lange oprijlaan biedt tonnen ruimte om uw voertuigen te parkeren. 25 minuten rijden naar USSSA Sports Complex, 1 uur rijden naar Orlando Int'l Airport, 1 1/2 rijden naar Disney-parken en 20 minuten rijden naar verschillende stranden.

    Hoewel ik wil dat je geniet van je verblijf op het allerhoogste niveau, moet je ook respect hebben voor deze vredig rustige gemeenschap. Dit is geen feesthuis, dus buitensporige geluiden buitenshuis en gasten die in de straat parkeren, worden niet getolereerd. Als u in het meer wilt vissen (vangen en loslaten), moet u dit alleen doen op mijn terrein direct achter het huis. Er zijn geen gemotoriseerde wateractiviteiten toegestaan op het meer in deze gemeenschap. Wees voorzichtig als u in de buurt of in het meer bent en laat kleine kinderen of huisdieren zich niet in de buurt van de rand van het meer wagen.

    Wees uiterst voorzichtig bij het gebruik van het zwembad. Kinderen moeten te allen tijde in en rond het zwembad worden begeleid. Gasten nemen alle risico's verbonden aan het gebruik van het zwembad en de hot tub.

The home was beautiful and welcoming. Since the beach was a few miles away, having a pool was a very nice option. Very quiet and lovely community. The host was very friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Grant-Valkaria!

This property was wonderful for our family time. The house was exactly as described, pool area and lake were fun bonus areas. Communication with the owner was easy, responses usually received within one hour. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

This is a large and very nice house in a great location. The house sits on a large lot overlooking a lake in a quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic around the house. The view from the pool patio is awesome, especially in the morning for sunrise.We were a party of 3 couples and there was plenty of space with room to spare. This house could easily host larger groups then we had.The amenities were great with a washer dryer and dishwasher that made housekeeping easy. The kitchen is well stocked and large. The pool and hot tub were great, especially since the pool had a deep end which is rare.The host was gracious and attentive.

House was nice but there was no toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap. They need a gas grill. No one uses charcoal anymore. The pantry smelled so bad you could smell it throughout the house.

Awesome House!

We had a group of 14 stay here and the experience was awesome. House is great and Cindy was amazing to deal with and always so quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay

I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. There was plenty of room for me and my family and everything is just as it's shown on the pictures. I will definitely recommend and look to book again myself!

Great for family gatherings!

Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again.

Christmas Heaven

The home was more than can be seen online, the attention to detail was wonderful, more than enough room for a large get togethers like we did Christmas Day and early evening, the grand kids loved the pool as so did I and everyone else, couldn’t as for a more perfect time for family and friends to get together, so wonderful, host made everything very easy, All spelled out, and a wonderful time, thank you so much for our family to get together on a wonderful holidays, Thank You, we definitely refer this property and the host, Happy New Years and Thank You Bery Much

Fishing in Fellsmere

This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

Great Place

We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68 and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Very nice

Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked. Good times

Great Property

This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

Great Family Gathering

Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

Pool gathering without a Pool

Pool was green upon arrival on Wednesday and wasn’t useable until Saturday. Friday while using the outside patio around a green pool Painters arrived asking if we could go inside for them to paint the poolside section of the house. We asked the owner if they could come on Monday as we were leaving a day early due to such poor accommodations and they insisted we allow the painters access. Pool lights are controlled by the owner and they are aware they do not work properly. So many issues with how we were treated. Suggestion by owner was that we cancel and book elsewhere. Ages 18 to 85, arriving from 4 states via car and plane and that was the solution offered. We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

Wonderful lake home

We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)
