'The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The recent renovations are beautiful and made the experience great. Can’t wait until the restaurant is also renovated but the food was quick, delicious and the servings sizes were huge!! We asked for a late check in and it was fantastic.'

'When we first arrived we were locked in our room. After struggling for 10 minutes with the door, my wife called down to the front desk. Their suggestion was to ‘pull hard’. We finally got out. The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour. 'The hotel itself is fine however it is within a block of the industrial train tracks. A train went by at around 2 am blowing its horn excessively. This unfortunately woke me up and I was unable to fall back asleep properly afterwards. No fault of the hotel but that was the end result. I had a very poor sleep and will not stay there again.'
