'Service is excellent.'

'We had an absolutely flawless stay. The hotel looks very new and is in a very nice part of the city. Our suite was super spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina.'

'Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold.'

'Great location, nice large room.'

'Good location'

'The location is good and the hotel staff are courteous'

'Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location.'

'Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.'

'It was incredibly beautiful; I will recommend it to everyone.'

'Great stay'

'Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available'

'When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. I don’t recommend this hotel and I felt regretted to trust only on the brand “holiday inn”'

'Customer service is top notch '

'Passez absolument votre chemin.

'Great location!! Great services!!'
