We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji.'

'If you bring a car there is a parking spot. We used Uber and the train which was no issue. There are restaurants near by. The house is very spacious, clean, with great heating! Lots of space! It was close enough to Fuji-Q Highlands at a good price! Great for me and my family! '
