'Really beautiful guest house we loved our stay. Great location really near the tram stop for town/station with local restaurants/bar/cafe and supermarket. If booking the room on the top floor its quite a few steep stairs and no lift, also some head height restrictions. Room was gorgeous though - bed, shower and facilities very good. ' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'

'When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...

'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '
