« We have a mixed review. The house is in a good spot on a dead end street with the Colorado river near by in an open meadow. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the property. During the stay we saw moose, deer, and even a bear! We also enjoyed the firepit every night with s’mores. However, the house lacked some basic necessities. For a house that sleeps 8, there were only 3 towels. There were no wash cloths in any of the baths and only the bottom fitted sheets on the beds. Given this...

« We fully enjoyed our stay at this property! Location is excellent for both RMNP and Granby/Frasier- Winter Park area. Everything about the property was as described. Very clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had fun watching a deer with her baby on several occasions. We even spotted at pine martin one evening. « We stayed here for a girls trip on the lake and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The house is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location on the lake.
