Location and views are as good as it gets in this lovely 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo located directly across from Grand Haven State Park and the sandy beaches on the Lake Michigan shoreline.

On the middle floor, you will enter a spacious living room, open to the dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen where you will find a butcher block floating island and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Sub-Zero extra-wide refrigerator, dual-heat Viking oven, convection oven, and vented hood. All of this with a view of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven State Beach!

A sliding glass door provides access to a balcony where you can enjoy people-watching and lake views. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower complete the second floor.

The third floor has twin bunk beds as well as access to a private rooftop deck where you are sure to take in a beautiful sunset or two.

The lower level provides an additional half bath and laundry area.

There isn't a more convenient location when it comes to being close to downtown and the beach. Directly across the street is Grand Haven State Beach, with access to the lighthouse and pier.

A sidewalk directly in front of the home will take you on a short 1.5-mile walk to restaurants and shopping.

PARKING
The right side of the driveway in front of the garage allows for two vehicles. Garage parking is not available.

SLEEPING
This home sleeps 6. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A Keurig coffee maker is provided. The dining table folds out to seat six, with additional seating available outside on the balcony.

THE LOCATION
Located in the heart of Grand Haven, enjoy the quietness of not being right downtown while still being only a short walk to the downtown area.

Enjoy the obvious: Grand Haven State Beach is directly across the street without having to fight for parking. You can also take a walk to downtown, close to the boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants.

Downtown Grand Haven has plenty to do with mini-golf, marinas, splash pads, parks, and, of course, ice cream!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
