'Very friendly receptionist and the cleanliness of the lobby '

'Room is always clean. I have been to this hotel 3 times or 4 times can’t remember. Staff is limited but they get the job done at front desk. It’s really just to check in and then your on your own after that really so not much interaction with staff at desk. It’s a good stay honestly if you’re looking for a well kept room and a basic hotel stay. No complaints really.'

'Staff at front desk was helpful and very friendly to deal with. The room smelt musky and one pillow smelt different to the other pillow beneath it. Meaning I am most certain the pillow cases were not changed prior to giving me the room. I usually stay in the one at pembrook pines. The rooms and facility is always well kept there at the pembrook pines location.'

'Breakfast was included and a bit basic. The eating area was small and crowded. No cream for coffee on day 2. Not enough hot breakfast. There was a waffle station but a long line up as you had to cook yourself.'
