« We would stay here over and over again. The place is super cute, cozy, clean, western. Every room has a balcony and fireplace. Great for a quick getaway. The restaurant is pretty good, a little overpriced but good. »

« I hosted a wellness retreat here (in June) and it was fantastic!! I will definitely return. Why 5 ? Beautiful views inside and out, it’s quiet, serene, 13 min from town, close to many trails, 7 private rooms - several with private baths, big community space for eating and being together but also plenty of space to be alone. « We spent 6 days and 5 nights as a group of 40 and had a fantastic time!! « Tahoe vacation with extended family. There was 13 adults with 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. All the bathrooms had bidets and the heated seats were great on cold days. The views from the room were beautiful and had a clear view of the lake and the mountains. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bar W Lodge. It was very last minute and the host was so prepared to receive us.
