'Got my key to my room. Clothing was on both beds. They gave 2 keys out to the same room, Unacceptable. Waited another 20 minutes to get another key. Everything else was great. Should have gotten a small discount, but that didn't happen. Probably not going there again.'

My nostrils were burning, it was so bad I didn't know if I would be able to stay the night. Smelled like a plug-in air freshener or Frebreze. 'While I booked no-smoking rooms the basement rooms we were given had been smoked in. They had the lingering odour of stale cigarette smoke and cleaning products. They also smelled damp and musty. The bed coverings were visibly dirty. For a basement, the windows felt unsafe. It was one night and we had arrived late, so we didn’t ask for new rooms, especially after lugging our luggage down stairs (no elevator). Breakfast was ok. 'Beautiful, quiet, comfortable property. Clean, excellent amenities. We loved the communal areas to sit and chat with our friends. Bugs were bad, but they provided bug spray, and we were fine. Close to beautiful beaches. We’ll be back.'
