'The Shepherd’s Hut is a well appointed with puzzles the kids loved and a great plastic pool! Samantha is a fantastic host and the kids loved the farm and the animals, especially the peacocks! Highly recommended. TV had football so our teenager was happy! Very close to Glen Rose, Fossil Rim, and Dinosaur Valley. A wonderful stay.'

'We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. '

'Good communication. Great property, matched photos and description. Master had a king bed which was a huge plus. No giant list of what to do or not to do which was nice. Door code worked and all other features used in the property worked well. '

'The owners have definitely spent a great deal of time renovating. I have previously stayed here and the upgrades are perfect. The floors look fresh and the bathroom is extremely clean and nice looking. I was greeted by the staff worker and instantly felt at home. Give this place another try if you have previously been here and we’re on the fence. This will be my go to spot now!'

'Amazing staff and stay! The room was very cute and clean. The location is the best being directly on the river and walking distance to everything in town. The homemade breakfast every morning was amazing. So convenient that there is a restaurant and bar on site that makes great cocktails. Owner and staff were very accommodating to request and needs. Looking forward to returning. '
