Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to bring to your kind attention a feedback of our stay at Lopesan Baobab Resort Hotel in Gran Canaria from Thursday 6th June to Saturday 8th June.
Indeed, we have found it useful to provide you with information regarding your services.
We were quite disappointed by the stuffy staff of the hotel. We have been bothered regularly by the intrusiveness and antipathy they showed. For instance, during dinner, they didn’t hesitate to interrupt us to ask for the room number. Is this really an appropriate moment? We felt either too muffled or not even considered. No one wondered if at departure time, we have had a great time at the hotel. We consider that it is the minimum of politeness expected for a prestigious establishment.
Likewise, we would like to highlight our discontent concerning the buffet, we would have appreciated a wider choice. Predominantly, poor quality of deserts (unpleasant chemical taste reminded us cardboard within anything containing cream, smoothie seemed to be nothing more than powder mixed with water).
Lastly, we have noticed maids haven’t once during our stay replaced soap in the shower. Also, to enhance your services, we allow ourselves to suggest you add irons and/or ironing boards in rooms. Our room were gloomy, and we were negatively amazed to have to pay for the Wi-Fi and the parking that are facilities we value essential for a 5- Stars hotel experience.
