'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'The elevator wasn’t working, unfortunately, I didn’t see that in the March 6 review, as of March 20, it still was not working. My husband physically struggles to do one floor of steps and my daughter had to hike her archery case up 3 floors- it is very heavy. They said they were sorry he was put on the 3rd floor. But it was done anyway. That would be a total deal breaker for us. That needs to be disclosed during booking, some people it would not matter.'
